Non sono stato molto soddisfatto del Four point Purtroppo ,mi sono ritrovato senza acqua calda,dopo una giornata in giro per Milano,e quindi con la necessita 'assoluta di fare la doccia,non e'stato possibile Non so il motivo,ma da un'hotel 4 stelle ,non mi aspettavo uan cpsa del genere,visto il prezzo della camera deluxe Spero possano migliorare Posizione buona,colazione non da 4 stelle,personale cortese,ma avvolte troppo confusionario(reception) Hotel medio secondo me,si puo far molto meglio Francesco

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Lo staff nella maggior parte dei casi si è rivelato gentile e competente. La camera superior era molto confortevole. La colazione ottima.

excellent and new hotel. friendly staff. upgraded to a suite. a short walk to the subway, but not walking distance to centre. If you are Marriott tied, then this is a good option.

Really nice beds, modern bathrooms. Hotel is currently having one or two rooms renovated but didn't affect us at all - breakfast was great - would definitely stay again. Crisp white sheets, VERY comfortable beds

Pleasant Stay”

The hotel is very near the Central Station. There is a Restaurant outside, opposite to the Hotel ( Fish & Meat ), Loved the food and the service at that restaurant - Highly Recommended

Very nice hotel. Near the central station so there's easy access to other cities. Perfect for travelers who have onward journeys elsewhere in Europe.

Very professional, friendly and efficient breakfast team. Great breakfast buffet and efficient service. Dinner was not the very best. The walnut lamb was over done. It was shared between my wife and one of our friend and no one could finish it. It was extremely poor.No satisfaction check was done during the meal and nothing was done when informed the team member that the lamb was over cooked . It was dry and extremely overcooked. I informed the team member while clearing our plates. I felt the team was more interested to set up for breakfast rather than dinner service. Probably they want to get it all done and leave as I feel they work extremely long hours and some on split shifts. All i can suggest is to "Take care of the team so they in return can take care of your guest". The girl manager/ supervisor for breakfast is an asset to your company. Extremely polite and professional with great presence.

Value for money ”

The hotel is located at a 5 minutes walking distance from Milano Centrale Train Station. Breakfast has large variety. Value for money. The staff at the front desk is not good at English. I booked double room for 2 persons, but the toothbrush, slippers etc. is only one set! I have to ask the house keeper for the extra ones.
