Siamo arrivati in tarda serata all'hotel e ci hanno dato una camera terribilmente sporca. Siamo persone abituate a viaggiare ed a dire il vero non è la prima volta che pernottiamo in questo Hotel, ma decisamente è stata la peggiore!!! A nostro parere la stanza non era stata minimamente pulita, il pavimento aveva un tappeto di capelli, ed anche la coperta messa sul letto era un ricoperta di capelli. Il bagno era stato a malapena pulito e quando ci siamo rivolti all'uomo delle pulizie questo ci ha dato la scopa e la cassetta dicendo di fare da soli!! Se non si ha sfortuna di trovare la stanza in simile condizioni, l'albergo ha un prezzo abbordabile. Anche se le stanze sono piccolissime ed alcune volte sprovviste perfino di armadio!!!

Posizione buona ma camere molto piccole”
La camera era molto piccola ed essenziale (addirittura non c'era neanche un armadio) ma pulita. Bagno piccolo ma ben tenuto. A lato dell'albergo c'è un piccolo "seven-eleven" (market) sempre aperto (24 h). Consigliato per chi vuole visitare la città spendendo un ragionevole prezzo o lavorare/studiare al NUS (National University of Singapore).

I was lucky to get a free upgrade. Room was clean and cozy. beds were comfortable.Staffs were friendly and helpful. Value for money and it is easily accessible to there area and eatery places.

You get a clean and comfortable room for the price you pay. Staffs were helpful since day 1 especially Hezri and Jesse, room-service staff were attentive too. Newly renovated inside out and walking distance to NUS Kent Ridge Terminal. There are handful of food selections around the corner including a 7 Eleven. We enjoyed our long stay here.

Hotel is located near NUS and some eateries and there are buses to Clementi and Haw Par mrt. The deluxe room is not big and the table is really small with sockets all located near the small table. There are nowhere to hang your clothes in the room and the toilet. The shower and WC are together, so once you bathe the whole toilet is very wet. I find the mattress quite hard and not very comfortable.

Attended a conference at NUHS so the location was perfect. The room though small was clean and had basic necessities. The staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. There was no meal included but a series of restaurants is less than five minutes away. Though far from the MRT, the bus stops right in front of the hotel. Recommended for a nice clean place to crash if attending conferences or joining day tours. The wifi and cable channels can be improved perhaps if answering emails is needed or wanting to just rest in the hotel. The rest room is good enough for me but not for the extra picky as everything gets wet when you shower. If I had booked early I may have gotten a cheaper price but though I think it still a but costly for the place I am overall satisfied. Thank you Ms Nisha & friends for a lovely stay!

I stayed here for three nights on three different occasions, but I think the experience really depends on the type of room you get. The first time I stayed in a relatively cheap room with no window. There was a weird stain on the bedsheet, and I could literally hear someone coughing in his/her room next door because the walls were not at all soundproof. During the next stay, I was in a larger room with a window. The room was pretty nice, and it had a safety-locker and a mini-fridge. During the last stay, I was with one more family member, and our room was at the end of the hall. This time, we had no wifi connection in our room, and even the TV was static. Overall, the rooms were pretty clean, but I think the only perk is that it is located near NUS (if you need to be there for something).
