Davvero un bel posto moderno stile svedese di un palazzo di 10 piani non molto natura ma sicuramente ad Ho Chi Min una delle migliori scelte. Pulito ben fatto, letto comodissimo e super stanza. Impossibile fare la spa che promettono, in orari da turisti. Colazione limitata e non all'altezza. Un menù dove scegli un piatto, con una stanza pagata da 100 euro non ha senso. Assolutamente consigliato.

Hotel di recente costruzione con camere molto ben attrezzate e con enormi finestre che offrono una disceta vista sulla città. Non lontano dal centro città. Consiglio un pacchetto con massaggio incluso... ne vale la pena.

Albergo molto bello ”
Bello l'arredamento in legno, stanze grandi pulite e silenziose. Buona la colazione e buona la disponibilità dello staff. Incluso nel pacchetto era presente il trattamento benessere tuttavia non c'era stato detto che andava prenotato con largo anticipo e quindi non abbiamo potuto approfittare di questa occasione. Nella stanza in cui eravamo la vista non era come si vede nelle foto... infatti avevamo un muro verde di un palazzo.

Excellent design and great service”
Love it! Due to the traffic problem, I was the last one checking in that night. But the reception staff welcome me with greatest smile and caring. I'm quite sensitive to the air quality in hotel room. This hotel is way too popular so I only managed to book the one without window. But surprisingly, I don't have even one second feeling hard to breathe or so. The room is clean and comfy, 100% matching with the pic. Breakfast is nice too. Only suggestion - book as early as you can hahahah

Beautiful and comfortable room”
We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was absolutely and attentive from our arrival to our departure. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had! We also had some great smoothies and fresh juice at the hotel restaurant during the day. The room was very cozy and bright. The bed was great and so was the rain shower. We forgot to book a time at the spa ahead of time and unfortunately weren't able to try it out as they were full. We'll definitely be back !

Design forward and friendly service”
The hotel is situated in an interesting street lined with massive trees towering at least 10 stories. Also it's right next to a large system of parks so you get the best of both worlds where it's located right in the popular district 1 and you still get a bit of nature to balance out modern development. The design of the hotel and the rooms are very modern and reminded me of Muji brand but with a Vietnamese touch. The bed is comfortable and the floor to ceiling window is the perfect feature to get a view of the hustle and bustle outside. Our suite was spacious and there was plenty of room for two people to walk around even with two luggage all spread out on the floor. A night shift front desk agent assisted us both when we checked in and when we checked out. He was pleasant and accomodating as we had several arrangements which he assisted us with! We also appreciate the welcome treat gesture as we noted in the reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary trip. We dined in for one breakfast buffet meal and the spread is good for a small boutique hotel. You can order your eggs any style and there's other options like the classic pho noodle soup. One drawback that the property could look into improving is the light water flow for the shower, a bathtub faucet that doesn't dispense hot water, and a tub stopper that doesn't work. The gym and sauna facility was located on the basement floor and there was an unpleasant smell of mold which deterred us from using the facility.

Best staycation in the pandemic”
Everything was perfect during my stay. I was here for my birthday staycation. The Hotel impressed me by its responsive contact in the booking stage. The staff was very supporting and making much effort to give me a super great deal for my upgrade as well as flexibly discussing the timeline in case the lockdown hit. When i arrived the hotel, i felt so peaceful and enjoyable with their treats. Super friendly staff at the hotel, from the front desk agents, to people at the restaurant, and housekeepers. Well-mannered, friendly, hospital, and extraordinarily helpful. They really made my birthday special even when it was in the bad time of the pandemic. Im writing so much just to show how much i love it, and for sure, I’ll be back. Xxxx

I was traveling to a few cities around Vietnam and this was by far my favorite place to stay. The air conditioning in the room I booked was broken so they upgraded to a window room. Unfortunately, the only view I got was into the building next door but keeping the blinds closed the whole time was fine with me. It was clean, spacious, and the staff were very helpful. Plus everything I wanted to see was within a 20 min walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was really nice and clean, love the design and location. It was our third night in Ho Chi Minh city, we've got here by noon. Luckily, the staff let us checked in earlier than we expected, so we can get some rest and enjoy the complimentary foot massage. Staffs are overall friendly.Thanks for giving us a higher floor so we can see the amazing view from our room, it was an unforgettable night.

Incredible hotel for the money,corner suite with bath was well worth the money. Bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless. Service from staff was amazing with excellent customer service and staff going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular with plenty to choose from and great choice of coffee. Location was perfect for us, walking distance to centre and away from all the backpackers,perfect. I celebrated my birthday in the hotel and when we arrived back to the room after dinner to find a slice of birthday cake wishing me happy birthday,lovely touch from the hotel. Brilliant, could not ask for more. We travel to Vietnam every year and this hotel will now be at the Top of our list. Any bad reviews of this hotel I find hard to believe. Don’t think twice about this hotel, book it and experience the amazing service and facilities and you will not regret it.

The service provided by the hotel is impeccable. You are welcome with the most thirst quenching drink and you don't have to register at the counter. Just simply sit at the available benches/sofa and the hotel staff will attend to you. It is my third time staying there, and the rooms definitely did not disappoint. The hotel manager also provided us with a cake on our visit and we really appreciate the personal touch and the attentiveness of all staffs. I'd highly recommend everyone to stay here on your next visit to HCMC. Thank you Fusion Suites!

We stayed at the Fusion Suites Saigon Hotel for 3 nights. The staff were very polite and helpful, speaks good english. The room are big and have a great design. Kind of scandinavian vibe. The breakfast was really good, great variation and very tasty vietnamese coffee. If we ever go back will def stay here again!

I stayed in the hotel for 3 night. We arrived late at the mid night on the first day. The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient. In general, It is a beautiful hotel and I had a fantastic time. Location is good and 5 mins walk to the closest convenient store.
