It can be improved”
This is my 2nd time staying in G Suites Hotel by Amithya. My stay was absolutely enjoyable and I really felt comfort. However, there are some pros and cons. Pros: + The location is strategist. In the heart of Surabaya. It is really convenient to go around Surabaya famous places, such as TP, Zangrandi etc. + Many convenient stores around that you can reach on foot. + I am not sure but the soundproofing is very appreciated because the noises from the road are blocked. + Fairly affordable rate. + FRIDGE! I love hotels which provide fridge as I love to stores my snacks and my beverages cold. Cons: - Incomplete toiletries. No soap to wash my hand, no tissue other than tissue in bathroom, no shower cap. Just a mere toothbrush and a toothpaste. - Your elevator confuses me a lot. It kinda makes me feel disoriented because your elevators use reflective mirrors and I can't see the end of it. It causes me headache. - Each room has two indicators for "do not disturb" and "in need for housekeeping." Since I wanted to have rest all day, I switch the light of "do not disturb" yet still awakened by the housekeeping tomorrow morning. Is it me who is at fault on how to use the indicators? - Waiting too long for check-in. As far as I travel from one hotel to another, I was never kept waiting for more than 5 minutes. But in my experience from my stay in G Suites, I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to get the room key. It was pleasant, it was great. But I believe, it can be improved to be much better. The staffs are great. They are all helpful and professional. If there's one thing that I complain the most about, it is the elevators. It confuses me a lot.

It's a good choice to choose the Gsuites Hotel for a staycation with your best friends, family or with your boyfriend. This Hotel has good hospitality, with a big window so you can see the beautiful Surabaya view. Also, the staff is accommodating with giving us a great serving. I really enjoyed it.

The swimming pool is the best thing! It has pretty swing which is instagrammable and has sauna too. We went swimming at 10.30pm and the staff still allows you to enter although it clearly said operation hour is until 10pm only 😂 Room is very condusive and breakfast is good too.
