Cruise Experience is best ”
We booked the cruise for Halong Bay trip of 2D1N. They provide you the pickup and drop from the hotel you are staying. That is chargeable but woth it. The tour guy or the manager of the cruise will escort you to the cruise. The rooms very nice, clean and spacious. The food options were good. There is kayaking, snorkeling/swimming, fishing sightseeing, and BBQ provided. Everything is good here, except for the halal food. For Muslims, it's a bit difficult as we can't eat chicken or beef since it's not halal. But the cruise staff and chef were understanding they cooked sea food for us. That was very generous. Overall experience was nice. Thankyou

Looking for a cruise? This was an awesome one for us! First time to Halong Bay, and our tour guide, Lee (or Le in Vietnamese) was really attentive to us. He paid attention to our food requests, and customised dishes which we were unable to eat, specially for us. Food was delicious, cabin was extremely comfortable, and it was a comfortable size to travel with (approx. 16 pax) on the entire cruise! Included Kayaking and squid-fishing! Overall loved this experience, and big shout out to Lee, our tour guide!

Fabulous Halong Bay Cruise”
Pros - Amazing Locations - Lovely Ship - Good Cabin with Balcony - Beautiful Marble Bathroom - Good food of a high quality, good portion sizes - Great excursions - Helpful friendly & informative staff - lovely spacious sun deck - Good Aircon/heater in cabin. Cons - None ! Apart from the ships WiFi didn’t work, which wasn’t Tonkin Cruise lines fault, it was the location, high cliffs/islands in Halong Bay, the ships staff explained to us that with Halong Bay being a UNESCO world heritage site, that the Vietnamese government will not allow mobile phone masts to be placed on top of the islands, damaging the areas natural beauty. It was actually really nice to leave the internet behind for a few days & take in the stunning scenery & be looked after by a great ships crew ! Well Done Tonkin Garden Bay Luxury Cruises & a huge thank you to our cruise guide/manager & all the crew, who made it such a special experience for me, with being a disabled traveller. We will definitely be back !

Gorgeous views, pleasant itinerary, and accommodating staff. Our Tour Captain was fantastic and treated me like a queen! He kept calling me his Queen actually, and took great care of all the travelers on board and showed enormous grace and personalized hospitality, making our voyage wonderful. I saw him go out of his way to meet the needs of guests with particular needs , always with warmth and humor. His Tai Chi class was beautiful to watch as well as attempt. The cooking class was fun, but I had to leave it early because I was sick with a cold and needed to lie down. Lots of gorgeously presented food and comfy beds in nice quarters. Fish village tour was especially meaningful.

A MUST DO IN VIETNAM ”
From start to finish one of the best things I did while traveling in Vietnam. The food was fantastic and the team accommodated two of our group's vegetarians. We were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi at a cost of around 582,000 VND ($25USD) return. The boat was clean and very spacious. I can't recommend highly enough. you won't regret going.

Some misunderstanding for 0-6 years old child between Agoda and the Cruise, then Agoda customer service Ms. Sharifah called me and solve the trouble for me. For the trip with Garden Bay Cruise, I and my family are all satisfied. Friendly and smiling staffs, Delicious and enough food, reasonable price of drink, nice trip, very cleaning room.

We had a wonderful stay on the garden bay 2 cruise!!! Lee was the best guide we could have asked for. The whole service crew was helpful and kind. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to enjoy ha long bay the right way :)

Worth the price”
The staff service was very good. The food was good for the price. The itinerary was alright, pretty much standard across all halong bay cruises. The room cleanliness was top notch, the bathroom was beautiful. Just need to bring your own water if you dont plan to pay for drinks. Overall, I would recommend it 😊

This tour was great, the scenery is amazing and the tour allowed me to do all the things I wanted in Ha Long Bay. Tour guide Le and his team worked extra hard to make sure everything was perfect - the food especially is a highlight - wait until you see the sculptures they make - just incredible! The only thing I would have done differently is take a private transfer from Hanoi on the new road, I think it’s considerably shorter than the shuttle bus (although that is significantly cheaper). So perhaps weigh up what’s important to you there... I would definitely recommend Garden Bay tours (I was on garden Bay 2)

Amazing cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay”
Location is great: Bai Tu Long Bay is way less crowded than Ha Long Bay and no one would be able to tell the difference between the two. A big thanks to Rosie, Tôm Tôm, Ly and the crew who were caring and smiling all cruise long. And they had the elegance to offer a delicious birthday cake to my girlfriend. Don't hesitate to spend a birthday there it is unforgettable!

This cruise is probably one of the cheaper ones, but it really did not feel that way. Rooms and windows are a decent size even if you do not have a rooms with a balcony. would like a door instead of a shower curtain to the bathroom Food is AMAZING!!!!!! I would recommend taking extra water on the boat. The boat is clean and service top notch! Lê, special shout out to you !! Great tour guide. Made sure everyone was aware of the itinerary and made an effort to include everyone . Great jokes and very knowledgeable. Super star!!

Everyone I met in Vietnam said Halong bay was way too crowded with cruises and people. This cruise took us to a quieter area where there was only a couple of other cruises around and it was great. Had a great time, kayaking and boat ride through fishing village was great.
