The room is clean and not to small. The bathroom is very clean and nice. The location is in the center but not noisy. The only problem we had was a heavy bag and no elevator to third floor where our room was.

Right in the heart of the backpacker scene. Tons of bars, restaurants and walking street is really close. Kinda loud on the streets but that’s why you’re staying in this neighborhood (but beware lots of petty crime here w pickpockets and such). Hotel was very clean, secure and safe. Really nice staff, speak very little English but are happy help out w anything you need. Bonus, my room had a new mattress and new sheets! No elevator but I don’t mind that at all.

I recommend this place as its pretty affordable for what it offers: clean rooms and good staff. Check-in process is fast and the place is so homey. Only cons, would be there is no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage.

Quiet and clean place to stay in the citycenter”

Nice and clean place. Kinda quiet place most of the time. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast: just choice from 3.things eggs,eggs and bread with jam and butter. That lady didn't understand english at all. We had no info about when is the breakfast time.

The staff will help you with everything from booking trips, ongoing travel, etc. Location is not on a busy road so it may be a little hard to find unless you have GPS but it's ideal to be so close and it not be too noisy. There isn't a lift, this wasn't a problem for us but just to be aware. We paid for a room with a window which I'd say wouldn't really be classed as one. The staff are genuine and trustworthy, definitely recommended to stay here.

Good location, very quiet for a good night sleep after partying, since is an alleyway. We booked and called requesting for a lower level. The person en charge said yes, with no problem. Check in late. This guy asked to see the reservation on Agoda and took us upstairs. Walking up the stairs passing the level we asked for, I asked what happened to our request?. He answer is "not available". And I asked what happened since we called in advanced, about 2 hours before we arrived. He said, he didn't check when he was on the phone. Same 1st night, turn the tv and blue screen only came up, no cable connection. Called reception, new guy came up, look at it tried remote control, and said he couldn't fix it and we must wait for next morning for someone to come fix it. Even told us "is too late to watch TV". Was it a joke??. Later we managed to reconnect the cable wire by ourselves. Next morning nobody even asked us about the tv problem. I sincerely DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.

It's a nice hotel with reasonable price, just a few minutes walk to Bui Vien. The double bed is a little too small for two big adults.

Good location with friendly helpful staff. Room was nice but breakfast was very disappointing. Options were bread or a fried egg.

+ The facilities are good for a hotel rated 1.5 star only; + The staff not only have good English skills but they are also very helpful and efficient. Room for improvement at very little cost (or no cost): - The breakfast room is messy and not much welcoming; - The quality of the bread served at breakfast is below average.

Just an ok hotel, nothing too fancy or great”

Everything was average. Hotel was ok. When we arrived the room was not clean. Bed was dirty and pillows smelled of the last 10 guests. The management changed our linen but what was under it was even worse. Location is good, but we won't stay there again.

Great value in the backpacker area”

A good value hotel in a lively part of HCMC. Everything within easy walk. The staff always try and help. Try for a twin room they are big. We had one on the fourth floor which was excellent. The trip they arranged to the Cu Chi was very good. We would recommend this hotel. By the way we are a 55 year old couple!
