A decent business hotel in a great location”
1) Location 1 mins walk from the subway station and 5 mins away from COEX mall and the trade center. 2) Room Good enough size for a business trip and it was very clean. * Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided in the room. 3) Staff Staff were nice and friendly.

Best place to stay on Gangnam at affodable price”
We had a nice 2 days stay here. The hotel is clean and very near the station where the underground is connected to coex mall. All necessaties provided in the room. Highly recommend.

They were very, very accommodating. I was desperately tired, and at 9AM on a Sunday there weren't many places to rest. Since I was already in the area, I stopped in to see if I could convince them to let me into my room before check-in time. Their reply was a simple, "Of course." Within three minutes I was lying down for a nap. This was the second time I stayed there, and both times the service was great. "Accommodating" really is the best word for it. Also, the location is extremely convenient. Mere steps away from the green subway line that circles through the city, the hotel is also across an intersection from a huge mall (COEX) with endless food options, stores, and convenience stores well stocked enough to almost pass for mini-grocery stores. There's also a theater, aquarium, and massive library that, though almost entirely consisting of Korean books, is very relaxing to be in and great for pictures. I really can't think of anything to complain about. It was fantastic.

For the quality and premium location close to transportation the price was reasonable but if you're on a lower budget or staying longer there are many choices in other areas but for this area I think this is great find. I would stay again if I am in the area again.

Ideal hotel for exhibitors”
Excellent location (located within 1 minute walk from Samseong station Exit 1). Quite a number of around the hotel (Two Korean fried chicken shops and 1 BBQ shop and Olive Young and 1 Starbucks). Rooms are clean but not big enough for 2 or more guests in 1 room especially with big luggage. Friendly hotel staff from the front desk (was served by Glad hotel staff - Lisa) to the housekeeping department. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL POTENTIAL FUTURE STAYERS.

Great location, clean and quiet”
The location was terrific, and I used the buses to get around. Also close enough from Gimpo Airport to be able to use a taxi for less than 30000w. The city air terminal for Incheon is also only a few steps away. The staff is kind and polite, and you can ask for extra amenities as needed

My room and all the facilities in general were very clean. The city view of the COEX intersection was incredible and the highlight of my stay. The only negative of the stay was that the rooms are a bit overly dark in lighting, even when lit to the maximum. There isn't strong lighting in the first place and it feels even darker because the interior and wallpaper is black based. During the day, the rooms are adequately lit as natural light comes through, but during the night, the rooms can feel dark and shadowy.

Close to subway and airport bus station. Bonus: near to Coex and of course Gangnam area..and great place to stay if you want to see concert at Jamsil Stadium.. only one stop(subway) Jamsil Stadium. Staffs are very helpful and speak English well.

We stayed here during new year for 8 nights. Everything is excellent but towels which must have been used for too long. They are thin and worn off. Please consider changing all the towels. The best thing about this hotel is location. It is only steps away from Sam-Seoung station exit no. 1 which connects directly to COEX mall. Also, with the City Airport located inside the mall, we really enjoyed the convenience of being able to check-in our baggage and go through the immigration there before taking the limousine bus to ICN airport. This allowed us to avoid the crowd at ICN airport. 6103 limousine bus makes it very convenient to travel from and to ICN airport.

The hotel is just next to the elevator exit to the metro, also close to multiple bus stops that can get you around Gangnam area. The room is cozy and although hotel is situated at a busy crossroad, my room was super quiet (I stayed on 5F).

Good location close to mall. A little farther out to popular duty free shops. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Slipper was missing but brought our own on the first night. Overall good hotel and will stay again.
