This is a great place to stay and affordable rate. The room is clean, spacious and very comfortable for my family. The location is near to Kuantan city centre. Ample parking space under roof. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is good.

Room is spacious and clean. Very fast check-in. General facilities are very good. Most important to me, you can park the car in front of the guest house, in its porch.

Don't judge a book by it's cover.. You will love the place! Toilet is so clean.. To city around less than 10 minutes.. To bukit gambang 30 minutes.. Shell & petronas nearby.. Near malay food at indera mahkota.. Cam lepak outside the room that is still inside the house! Carpark under roof.. Smells good all the way.. Got fridge to stock up your own drinks & food but make sure you mark you room number.. I told my husband many times i want to repeat!

One of the best budget hotel in town. Just need to improve the tv channel only. Other than else is enough because the room very clean, and also the toilet also very spacious

It is a place for family and budget friendly. The room is very basic but u can simply go downstairs for water dispenser with cold and hot water. Everything is fine if you are not fussy person. I would like to recommend this place if you are on a tight budget to stay in hotels. Parking spot is not a problem.

Our 3 days of nights went well. The room is very clean in details. Attached heater in 2 star room. Woww. Also with tv, fan & AC. Above our expectations. To owner / management, please change the iron & iron board. My shawl is burned by your old iron. Buy the branded & long lasting not the cheap one. Overall is okay. The receptionist guy working on night shift is very friendly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

During my stay, we had travelled in group and all of us are happy. Plus, the location and facilities were great and very strategic as it is not on the city centre thus we doesnt have to hassle with traffic.

We left our key in the room, and the guy help us unlock our room immediately. Thank you for the guy. The room is huge and comfortable. We will come again next time for sure. The only weakness is the location quite further away with the city. But if you have your own car, it doesn't matter.

Golden Guest House”
I book this hotel for my family and my family is really happy and satisfied with it. The only issue is with the toilet water pressure. Please help to repair it or at least put "baldi" so that we can use it. Staff is friendly. Bed is super comfortable 💯

Stayed here while on the way back to KL from terengganu. Everything was ok just the heater make so much noise and the room is very smelly due to smoking. Staff said from the room beside. But the smoking was very strong until we need to get air freshner. Should improve on this.

Nice, big room. Clean bathroom. Comfy beds but pillows too soft for my liking. Easy to park car. No eateries within walking distance though. Overall, you get more than the price you paid. Highly recommended for overnight stay
