L’hotel si trova in posizione centrale nel distretto 1 della città ottimo Per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche. Prezzo basso rispetto la media del quartiere ma per un servizio senza grosse pretese. Pulizia buona e confort sufficiente. Consiglio!

Abbiamo prenotato questo albergo all'ultimo dato che abbiamo anticipato il nostro ritorno a Saigon. La posizione di questo albergo è ottima per poter girare per le strade del distretto 1 senza dover faticare per chilometri; tutti i principali siti si raggiungono con massimo 20 minuti di camminata. Le camere sono spaziose considerando la categoria; ci hanno fatto un upgrade all'arrivo perciò abbiamo dormito nella stanza superior. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è abbastanza buona. Tuttavia c'è anche qualche nota dolente: la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare, abbiamo dovuto di farci cambiare le lenzuola e dietro al letto c'era tanta polvere, la colazione di basso livello (probabilmente tutto cibo precotto). Un ratto ci è pure passato di fianco mentre facevamo colazione.

Staff was very well English, They were helpful, friendly and good taking care customers. Hotel is in the central of CHM, close many sightseeing or important places. You can walk around, chilling out in HCM cities, nice coffee shop around. Rooms are clean, equipment, amenities in room enought for short stayed there. It was good and worth to stayed here.

The staff don't understand simple English... Bt we managed V r suppose to check in at 2 bt as v were early the staff told us to hv lunch. V bac at 2pm still no room n the staff sd hv to wait 1 hour... So I got furious.. Seeing me angry the staff gave a diff room which 1 of 3 of us hv to sleep on the floor mattress. Wen v hv pd for 3 adults y should 1 of us sleep on floor??? Aft an argument a new staff came to rescue n got the exact room v booked... So looks like they hv my room n played a game all the while saying no room.. They called it vip room bt the ac was dripping on the floor n only can b repaired the next day.. They think foreigners r stupid... They hv my room bt they made us go here n thr saying no room. Quite bad experience n I won't b going bac thr again.

The room was little bit small. but good enough for me. It also have bath tub. Near from apocalyse bar. and Japanese town. Kind. clean. good price with perfect breakfast !

Comfortable stay, FO manager show off unfriendly, other staffs okay”
We were greeted with the friendly bellboy & receptionist, great stay, simple but nice breakfast, room was decent with bathtub. The Front Office Supervisor/Manager was a bit showed off, no smile at all, not friendly and welcoming. Hopefully she can improve that as well. Because as a manager supposed to be courteous and friendly to guests, not acting like a boss. Be humble!

Great hotel if you need the essentials”
The location is good for the nearby clubs and bars. The tourist attractions are 15-20 minute walks away. The only failing points are the moulds you see in the bathroom and sometimes on the mirrors. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The first room I was given had a problem with the water heater and after a short while I was given another VIP room. The room is spacious (for its price), the bed is relatively hard but I was fine with it. Another gatcha was the bathroom did not have a shower head holder and the tubing for the shower head is relatively short. I had to arch my back to shower and without a shower head holder you end up fumbling with the shower curtains, the soap bottles and the shower head.

Our first assigned room (8008) I had to request 3 ti!mes for someone to fix the air-conditioning but it still did not work. I eventually decides to ask for a new room. In the next room (6601) has really upset me. There was only 1 toilet roll. Don't they check everything before new guests arrive? The kettle had no plug where it was standing so we had to move it to the bedside table which is already so full with the lamp and the telephone. After boiling the kettle, I burnt and hurt my hand very very sorry because the handle of the kettle gets too hot!! Lastly, the wifi works for 5 minutes then it asks you to sign in again. Friendly staff. But very bad management.
