Good location but the facility is not that recommendable. Internet is poor. I need to connect to nearby hotel just to get a connection. Staff are very accommodating. Breakfast is not that superb.

Friendly staff”
Location is definitely unbeatable. If you want convenient then here it is. It's right across the train station. Shops and restaurants along the main street. Room is a bit aged and pricey but quite clean. The staff at the reception is very friendly. She even took her time to share with me all the recommended activities in Zermatt which is really informative.

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und man hatte Blick aufs Matterhorn.

溫馨但有年代感的旅店”
地理位置極優，出車站就能看到，步行一分鐘抵達，旁邊就是高山火車車站，還有coop超市，非常便利。硬體設備略為老舊，但還算整齊。浴室有浴缸，但是要注意地板沒有排水孔，一定要站在浴缸內盥洗，否則會淹水。早餐只有麵包、果醬、優格與起司，沒有蛋或肉，略嫌單調，吃到第三天已無食慾。櫃檯服務人員很親切，提供的旅遊資訊及宣傳資料很實用。旅館有電梯、不用擔心行李搬運的問題。

駅前のロケーションで最高でした。 受付スタッフはとても親切で丁寧で気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 また行くときは利用したいホテルです。
