I spent two days there. There is nothing to complain about this place except that for me it would have been wonderful if they had a swimming pool. The hotel is located near a very fancy Mall and a people's market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The rooms are large and spacious. The internet is high speed. A limited but sumptuous buffet breakfast will set you back an additional 99 baht (about $3.25). The hotel is located about 2 miles from the Central Bus Terminal. The room contains a large refrigerator and a coffee pot, but they don't provide you with coffee or tea. The room looks a bit drab and could probably use a paint job. A lamp at bedside would have been nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would give the place an 8.5.

3rd stay at this hotel”

Clean room Breakfast was ok but only choice of fried eggs and hotdog and toast/bread. Thai choice changed daily. Hotel is off the main road so nice and quiet and within walking distance of The Mall and Terminal 21 shopping malls. There is also a night market just around the corner but mainly for Thai food, not clothes or general items. The hotel staff were friendly and honest...Upon our checkout, unknown to us,we had left something in our room and the staff that checked the room bought the item straight down for us. We will be back again.

Place is quite big , service apartment . With basic amenities in apartment for quick simple meal. Value for money. Parking space limited though. Good security. Didn't notice any convenience store nearby. However there is a good bistro of good quality food and drinks just meters away. Bistro 8 is the name.

the security guard was really helpful and fast in guiding us to the parking lot. clean room. have bistro right outside hotel. not noisy. easy for night drink. quite near to the mall. would come back again

Good Choice”

Convenient location, surprisingly quiet as it is on a main road and hasee some sort of.factory behind it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Large, clean room with adequately stocked mini-bar. Breakfast looked okay, though I was not hungry and did not try it. Will stay again next and recommend.

Immaculate cleanliness, friendliness and value”

Everything was good to excellent. Could only rate the location as good because I don't know the area, but was not far from Mall Korat. The staff was excellent, except the day I checked out, the receptionist on duty did not seem to know the price of breakfast, if not included with room. I am not going to fuss about that. Great price for such immaculate facility and cleanliness. That is the first place I would look to stay, if need to stay in Korat again.

A Great Place To Stay”

It is a brand new hotel in the heart of Korat. It is a 5 min walk to the mall and slightly longer to the Bangkok Hospital. The Breakfast is from a set menu which is delivered to your room at your selected time. I chose the Western Breakfast which was very good. My wife chose from the Thai menu and was very pleased. The place is new and spotless. Book now before they realize just how nice the place is and raise the prices. The only drawback is the signs on the hotel are very small and I drove past several times before finding the place.

The hotel is clean and has super nice and helpful staff but very few speak English The hotel is isolated from nearby restaurants or where ordinary Thais eat. There is a bar/restaurant in the courtyard ;Super 8; which serves upscale Thai food and drinks but there are hardly any other restaurants in the vicinity. The WiFI service was also super slow in my room. The air conditioner seemed to be small for the room.

Staff friendly and helpful, room decent and clean, my wife liked the bathroom, good location. Afraid to say the breakfast let it down for me, the American breakfast it wasn't. Other than that great hotel with a classy restaurant opposite side of car park, that had duos in the evening singing mostly in English.

Grand Ever 9”

A very comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast. A word of caution, we stayed on the sixth floor of the Grand Ever 9 the window of the room which can be opened has no safety balcony meaning that it would be possible for a child to slide the window lock open and climb out with possibly dire consequences .

Ok but could so easily be very much better”

My only real grip was the lack of quality mattress on the bed. How any hotel or self catering apartment complex can still think its a good idea to use a vinyl matress cover over a foam mattress is truly lacking understanding for how inadequate it is for a paying, staying guest. A vinyl matress cover creates and retains heat causing a customer to sweat making for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of hot water for the sink and shower I found very dissapointing also. Staff are friendly and welcoming, market for various Thai foods nearby, room amenities otherwise good apart from bed and hot water but choose a deluxe and not a standard toom if you want a kettle for your coffee.

the road outside the hotel was under construction and hence accessibility to the hotel was limited to walking in after being dropped along the adjacent street. room was clean. key was literally a key with a humongous tag, door lock was flimsy and didn't feel safe. could stay at a better hotel at the same rate.
