My friend and I stayed here for a few days and we were so impressed. What you see in the picture is what you get. The room is spacious and clean and we have the harbour view so it's perfect for night lights view. It is also near the Senado Square and there's a lot of restos around. The room is clean and the attendars and receptionists are friendly and fast to respond even in emails. Thank you! Will recommend to my friends.
I included the special instructions “No Noise, No Smoking” and it was pretty quiet throughout our stay. The room even has a washing machine so if you have an extensive stay you should definitely use it. All amenities are provided and the toiletries, bottled water are replenished each day (You might have to put up the sign for cleaning on the door though because that’s what we did). The sockets also have USB ports which is a lifesaver if you don’t have an adapter. The room isn’t cramped so there’s a lot of space for three people. If I remember correctly it’s just a 12-minute walk to Senado Square and other areas of interest in that part of Macau, and the commute to Taipa and the casino side was also fairly easy. You can pretty much get to anywhere via bus. I didn’t notice any convenience stores nearby but there’s a supermarket right next to the building and you can find a few restaurants around that are open past 7PM too (we ate at a really good Nepali restaurant maybe a 10-min walk away). So overall the location was nice! The staff isn’t the friendliest but I think that’s pretty standard, but they did help us reheat our food in the microwave at the reception area. Our room had a steam oven(?) and we weren’t really sure how to use that. We called to ask for late checkout and they were kind enough to give us some extra time free of charge. I do have one negative thing to note which was the electric kettle in our room. When we used it the water tasted of rust pretty badly so you have to be careful using those things (as with any other hotel). Overall it was a positive experience for us.
Stayed here for few days the hotel is walking distance to the shop and certain food restaurant, bus is also nearby, nxt to hotel got supermarket. The disappointed part is they don't clean the room everyday like changing the bed etc they just replace towel and essential stuff.l thats it.,day time many shop open but after 7pm all the.l shop alredy closed. Also nearby to senado square just one bus going to tapai.. over all the hotel is just okay n spacious.can recommend to stay.
We really did enjoy our stay cause the location is very accessible to buses. There's a supermarket at the ground floor, bakeries and fruit stalls nearby as well as Bank of China within walking distance. Room's also large compared to other hotels within budget. They made sure our room's clean everyday and hot water's working perfectly. What I did not like tho was the attitude of the receptionist when we were about to commute to the airport. She wasn't much help and we felt like she is not concerned at all, given that there were no other guests to take care of. She wasn't rude or anything, just unhelpful in our predicament that time. All in all our stay for 4D3N was enjoyable. We enjoyed our mini vacay in Macau and all was worth the money. Thank you GHarbour!
