Hotel buono, strada rumorosa”
Personale gentile, struttura buona, piacevole piccola piscina all'ultimo piano, colazione discreta e buona cucina (ho preso spaghetti ai frutti di mare non male), unica cosa il traffico stradale che incomincia alle prime luci dell'alba e un dannato gallo cantava ogni dieci secondi dall'alba in poi. Vicino al mercato per i maniaci dello shopping e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro.

Personale molto gentile. All'arrivo il manager dell'hotel ci ha effettuato un upgrade facendoci soggiornare In una delle stanze più belle dell'hotel. Ottima anche la SPA. Colazione eccellente.

soggiorno minimo, una notte,di passaggio dal sud verso il nord del paese. hotel piacevole sin dalla hall, luminosae spaziosa. comoda posizione per visitare il distretto 1 e la zona del parco frequentata soprattutto dai vietnamiti che vi di cimentano nelle loro attività sportive .il mercato , i locali e i ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. la camera pulita ma senza finestre può essere un handicap ma per una notte e' sopportabile. inutile andare in piscina: piccola e superaffollata...

5* for a 4*+ Hotel”
One of my most favorite hotels in Sai Gon. You get for a reasonable 4* price in fact 5* service! Great breakfast buffet, comfortable, well equipped and clean rooms, great rooftop pool, very friendly, attentive staff with very good language skills. The afternoon tea brak service free of charge is an additional assett. The location is convenient , close to Banh Tan Market, walking distance to good restaurants, shopping malls and movie theatres. I would recommend it and I will come again!

3 nights in Hanoi”
We stayed here for 3 nights and it was an excellent stay. The service was impeccable from the moment we stepped inside the hotel. We were greeted by the staff after entering and they provided useful information for our stay in Hanoi including a map as well as nearby eateries. In addition, we were offered a free upgrade to the Junior Suite for our first night. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great although the spread was limited. One point to improve is the toilet which is a little small especially for plus size people. Overall a pleasant experience!

Excellent Service, and STUNNING POOL BAR!”
As a solo traveler, one of the big lookouts are a great gym and a nice, relaxing pool area. While the gym area is small, its fully equipped and even has a smith machine (very impressive!). All I can say I had a splendid time at the pool bar, and the staff - particularly a young man named Nicki - went above and beyond, answering general questions about the city, and went out of his way to assist in navigating through the city and the rest of my trip. FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, particularly when you're a foreigner, with the language barrier. I was particularly impressed with his perfect English ;) HUGE Kudos to Grand Silverland - lovely property and great staff... and thank you Nicki for all your help!

Central location, nice food”
The hotel is just behind Ben Thanh market. There are many food options nearby and convenient stores. The breakfast is great. In addition, there is complimentary tea time from 3pm to 5pm. There are 4 small water bottles provided daily and complimentary fruit offered in room upon check in. The hotel room is spacious. The bathtub is having jacuzzi function. However it would be great if there is curtain for the bathtub because the current glass partition is quite short so the floor will definitely get very wet and slippery after the shower. Overall I am very happy with the stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is travelling to Ho Chi Minh city for sight seeing and would like to stay in central location.

The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for you ! , they are a credit to this hotel ! Rooms are spotless ! All the extras in the room and more ! Great little pool up top and seats and bar to relax and look down into the city down below ! Cream cakes and afternoon teas a coffees ! Breakfast buffet ! Value for money ! Side road to hotel you have a food mall with every type of food you could wish for ! Seating area out front with live music, beer and a great atmosphere ! Cannot wait to return !

Excellent service. The room was great and clean. The hotel is also walking distance to Ben Thanh Market which was the bonus point for us as we were there just for shopping. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if I were to holiday in Vietnam again.

Great hotel in district 1 with attentive, friendly, skilled and supportive staff. Rooms are clean and well equipped, the asset is the breakfast buffet and the roof top pool. Good restaurants and markets in walking distance, malls and cinemas as well. Highly recommendable!

Amazing service”
The staff was super friendly from check in to breakfast and afternoon tea service. Everybody was smiling. Breakfast was amazing, so was the afternoon tea. The room was super big, the pool area relaxing and clean and the jacuzzi in the bathroom a plus. Totally worth the money. I would stay here again

Great Hotel in Center Of SGN”
The Grand Silverland is always the choice when I travel to SGN. This offers all your needs - quick check in, friendly, helpful & attentive staffs. The room is spacious & comfortable with view of the city. The breakfast is good with many selections. Will definately come back this place.

Everything you need ”
Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and afternoon tea. Bar and rooftop pool with lovely views at night! Pool is a good enough size but only 8 sunbeds around the pool as not loads of space but we were lucky enough to get beds. I think there is a steady rotation of people coming and going. Very central location, close to ben Thanh market and in walking distance to many other attractions. Plenty of restaurants and bars around!

Luxury Botique Hotel with excellent staff and facilities ”
This hotel is what made our time in saigon good. The hotel staff if very attentive to needs and helpful. Afternoon tea and good breakfast are included and very nice. Rooms are good size, clean, comfortable, quiet (except for new year dragon dance!). Location is good for many sites. Wi-Fi is terrible but afte we mentioned it, they set up a router in the room which fixed the problem. We would defiantly recommend and stay again.

Great Stay”
Breakfast was good, so was the afternoon tea . Location is excellent with many good foods surrounding and attraction places. Hotel staff are friendly and always with smiling face. Room was clean and comfy. But am not sure the room (come with window) was upgraded (forgotten to ask hotel) as I booked a room without window. The only thing can improve is the toilet wash basin, is noisy when turn on the water tap.
