Il soggiorno al Green bay è stato bel al di sopra delle nostre aspettative! Il resort è incantevole, curato in ogni dettaglio, immerso nella natura con un'atmosfera da sogno. La piscina è molto bella, e la spiaggia sempre pulitissima. Il nostro bungalow da 90mq era fantastico, tutto in legno e con ogni comfort. Non saremmo mai voluti andare via! Il personale è sempre pronto a qualsiasi richiesta, i ristoranti sono molto buoni. Lo consiglio vivamente, è stata una vacanza bellissima. Grazie Green Bay!

The stay at Green Bay was beautiful above our expectations! The resort is charming, cared for in every detail, immersed in nature with a dream atmosphere. The pool is very nice, and the beach always spotless. Our 90sqm bungalow was fantastic, all in wood and with every comfort. We never wanted to go away! The staff is always ready for any request, the restaurants are very good. I would highly recommend it, it was a beautiful holiday. Thanks Green Bay! Il resort è nuovo di zecca; molto isolato da qualsiasi cosa, adatto per chi cerca totale relax o per coppiette in luna di miele. Bellissima la posizione sul mare, ottimi servizi e ristorante eccellente. Staff gentilissimo anche se a tratti in difficoltà con l’inglese. Consigliato.

Siamo stati subito dopo Natale per 4notti. Io, mio marito e figlio di 17 anni. So che era l’alta stagione, abbiamo pagato più di euro 270 per una camera ma la biancheria (anche asciugamani) non cambiavano mai.... Bungalow fronte alla spiaggia era molto caratteristico e carino. Ma non per quel prezzo. Qualche staff è molto disponibile e parla un po’ di inglese ma la maggior parte di loro creano la confusione tra di loro per la mancanza di comunicazione. Se costasse meno di 100 euro al giorno, ci tornerei ma non con questo prezzo... 年末と時期の為一泊35000円以上支払いました(ビーチフロントバンガロー#54)が、その値段のレベルのサービスは受けられませんでした。 シーツやタオルのリネン類は4泊の間そのまま。 せめてタオルだけでも換えて欲しかったので、床においておいたにもかかわらず、タオルラックに汚れたタオルがかかっていました。 スタッフの一部は英語が多少でき、少しコミュニケーションが取れましたが、スタッフ同士の連絡が全く行き届いていない様で、お願いしたことが何一つできない状態でした。 1泊10000円くらいならまた泊まってもいいと思います。

Great Hotel, very friendly staff and perfect and quiet as well as beautiful beach. We spent 10 days in Private Beach Villa 21, right in front of the Beach. Perfect room, Nice and clean everyday. All their bungalows is inside a “small” village jungle and it is so Cozy. Breakfast was very Nice, everything you need for delicious things was on the menu. On the hotel you Can rent a motorbike for 250.000VND - We did it 2 times to Explore the Phu Quo Island by ourself. Its very easy to go around just drive comfortable and not to fast! The hotel is around 30minutes from the lokal small market if you like to walk, but i recommend renting a scooter. The alacarte Menu in the evening is Nice, yes a little bit expensive for someone. But i Will recommend the hotel to teach the kitchen staff more in the food they serve and maybe do the Food more delicious, e.g Make the bread hot in the sandwich and burgers and make sure everything in your Food is the right things there should be :) We Will Come back!

We spent the last 4 nights of our 2 week trip to Vietnam here, staying in 2 adjacent pavilion beach view villas, one of which could accommodate our 3 teenage children. Both had private pools which were much larger than I expected. Such a lovely place, beautiful & spotlessly clean beach, with a reef on the right side with corals, fish and free snorkelling gear, which the children absolutely loved. The staff were amazing, the food fantastic ( choice of 2 restaurants, both good value with main courses at around £10) and a nearby village with free bike hire. The resort is quite spread out but you can ask a staff member or dial '0' and an electric buggy will quickly appear to take you wherever you want to go. Two great infinity pools, we particularly liked the smaller one on the left side. 30 mins from the night market (we preferred it to the much larger one in Hanoi) plenty of places to eat. And the breakfasts offered everything you could possibly want. Would love to return!

Book a beach front private pool villa for a very reasonable price here. Relax in privacy and feel like you are emerged in nature. Yet you have all the comforts! No bugs in the villa, good air conditioning, comfort inside & outside living spaces. Large restaurant menu and everything I ate for 6 days was good! You don’t need to leave the resort to eat. Nice clean beach, free kayaks & life vests to borrow. Has a small leave a book, take a book library. Excellent customer service. Free airport transport. This place is VERY similar to six sense Con Dao, only no bugs in your villa & more space & privacy, plus a WAY better value. I’ll be back and I will recommend this resort to my friends.

Amazing place - We did not want to leave”
We were very weary about visiting the island after reading all the negative comments regarding polluted beaches/over building etc. That said, we were so glad we did & that we found this amazing resort. The location is far away from town due to the location, we feel very safe during this Corona Virus outbreak, and just kick back and relax. Very friendly staff, smiling and happy and Will help you with everything you should need on your stay :) Bungalows are beautiful and clean, the Beach is so Nice and clean For those who want peace and a quiet beach front resort without traffic and noise and only want to hear the waves of the sea and the sounds of the jungle then choose This place.

I have been to lots of hotels & resorts on PQ, but this one is the BEST of all!! Amazing quality service, views, layout, cleanliness, amazing peace !!! This hotel is now my favorite and I will not stay at any other resorts from now on! The private pool pavilion really felt like the perfect paradise and calm secret gateways for me and my bf ! Two amazing infinity pools near the beach and a very clean beach are downstairs ! Amazing really! Thank you to the lovely staff!

It's a really big place and the staff is really too friendly. Even if it wasn't the employees' working hours, they kindly helped us. I ate breakfast and dinner so deliciously. And I had a great trip. The resort had a really nice and quiet atmosphere and a wide and very pleasant trip. Unfortunately, I can't go to the room by motorcycle. There was only a small inconvenience of having to call in a staff to go to the room and take a cart, but the rest were fantastic. Please let me go to the room by motorcycle the next time I visit. :)))) (I'm kidding.) I had a great trip to the Green Bay Resort. Thank you. (zalo name Louis) been so kind. Thank you so much. We loved Green Bay, it is the most beautiful property we have stayed on in Phu Quoc. They have a clean and beautiful private beach, pools, a tennis court, access to kayaks and bicycles, and restaurants on site. Staff went above and beyond, even making a cake to help us celebrate our 10 year anniversary, upgrading us, and accommodating a late check out. Would highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff were fantastic. The rooms are awesome. Great effort to make our private dinner all the more special! My only feed back would be that the resort should stop providing water in plastic bottles. The waste of plastic at an Eco Resort of this level was just very sad. It would be better to provide 1.5 l bottles to reduce the use of plastic - or filtered/treated water in reusable bottles.

The place was astoundingly beautiful. We got the beachfront suite/villa where we had direct access to the beach. The villa was so thoughtfully equipped and designed. Everything that you would ever need is already there; even the smallest things like matches for our cigarettes, a space to hang your wet clothes from swimming, all the hooks for your clothes and towels, a bidet. The staff were all so helpful and approachable. I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. The price is so worth it.

The food, location, beach, service were all perfect! I would love to visit again with my friends and families again. The staff did not speak English quite well (not that they should be). It would be best to keep translator(smart phone) with you. But they were all super nice. Also they do not provide currency exchange, so better to exchange moeny at the airport.

Best resort with reasonable price”
My husband and I enjoyed a lot in this very relaxing resort. The bungalow was very clean, as well as the swimming pools. All staff were warm and ready to help. Smiles are every where. It was my husband birthday when we stayed. Their staff surprised us with a birthday cake in breakfast. Breakfast provided various selection of food. But food for lunch or dinner was not surprising and a bit pricey. Daily shuttle to the town from 10am-1pm was quite full. We couldn't make it even we tried to book at 4:00pm the day before. Finally we decided to rent motorbike at VND 250k which was much more expensive than those in the town around 120k. But still we enjoyed so much to travel around. Must come again when we visit Phu Quoc in the future.

What can we say, been to Phu Quoc a few times, so we did not have the need to go explore but to just enjoy a couple days away from the city. So we chose this place and it is AMAZING. Just what we wanted, big room, untouched nature with big trees. The food is really good, attentive, friendly staffs. Love it. Come here if you are looking for a place to chillax. Sunsets at tiki bar is a must!!!

A perfect place to enjoy our Tet holidays, quiet and tranquil surrounding with greenery. Spacious bungalow with outdoor shower and bathtub. Service is excellent, they provided free transport to/fro airport to suit guests flight timing. We had an early morning flight and they accommodated us with a box of cakes for breakfast :) Cons: mosquitoes & not so good selection of food.

I love the Green Bay Resort so much. With a private beach and pristinely manicured grounds, it is hard to beat the natural beauty of the place. The rooms are spacious and simply but elegantly decorated. The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is so lovely and attentive. It really is my personal idea of paradise. I can't think of a better place to spend a few days relaxing.

It's a really nice place to stay and relax for few days. Bungalows are spacy and well equipped. Service is trying to do their best and are always smiling. What I did not like much was: 1) The place is claiming being "Eco", but they exchange you towels even when it's not necessary and there are not bin for recycling. 2) The ceiling fan was really loud and because of that unusable. 3) For so pricy food, I would expect far more. Pizza with gorgonzola, but you could not find a blue piece there, clams so overcooked, that you cannot chew them or grilled squid brought in one piece (not cut properly) and you were supposed to eat them with chopsticks. The last two things doesn't cost any money. It's enough to know how to cook and serve food. Despite these things, I would still recommend this place. :)
