I would choose to stay at another hotel since there are so many other choices. At first glance, the lobby looks nice but the family room we got was not in a good condition. In addition, there is no longer a view since it is now blocked by a large hotel sign if you stay on the 2nd floor family room. The pillows are filthy and the air-conditioning filters were clogged with dust and needed to be cleaned. The design of the bathroom needs to redone as the floor gets flooded when you take a shower. I was also attacked constantly by mosquitos during my stay! After we complained, they compensated by offering late checkout. The hotel bell men are hard working though so that was good.

All staff in reception and security is super friendly and helpful. They never disappoint you. But sometimes the house keeping service is not up to the mark. Many times have to tell them for keep all things in room . I think it shouldn’t be like that. Overall it’s good place for stay in HCMC.

Close to Ben Thành market and a few blocks from Nguyễn Huệ walking district. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room and facilities are about the same with nearby hotels with same grade. I would recommend it.

We stayed 6 nights . Breakfast was a nice mix of daily noodle soups and eggs done however you like as well as western / viet precooked options . Air con was good . Shower good . Staff friendly and English fluent . Good location . Bed had a soft topper which made it very comfy . I would recommend the hotel to add conditioner to the toiletries supplied , not just shampoo . The Khoi Rooftop restaurant is overpriced and underwhelming - do not bother at all going to eat there . Lots of nicer places on the same street as hotel

Would recommend if you’re on a budget and travelling around the area however wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers (females specifically). Didn’t feel very safe in the hotel where the door had a gap even when locked. It is also very noisy with other guest screaming down the hall way and the walls are not sound proof. Otherwise everything else is fine

We booked a suite but they provided a very small room, and then after a day they asked us to move to another hotel where the rooms are even more small. We are sitting at the reception from last 2 hours and no one is providing any resolution. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are few other guests who are facing the same problem.

On this particular visit the room was provided with a poor shower facility .,shower was equipped with old tired sliding doors which did open properly and were stuck . Also the TV did not work .

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location - the nearby Street Food Market and covered market were great. However the hotel and rooms were not a very high standard. The double bed were two twins pushed together and came apart when we slept on them, or they were different heights! In one room the kettle lead was fixed with tape - not very safe. For some reason cleaning trolleys were kept on the stairwell on nearly every floor along with other debris - not great. The decor was very dated and could do with some maintenance. The breakfast buffet did not have a big selection.
