posizione spettacolare”
Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. Direi una posizione fantastica per la baia, e la natura tutto intorno.E' comoda anche come posizione per gli spostamenti e per girare l'isola. Il ristorante del resort offre un'ampia scelta di cibi, e il ristorante si trova in riva al mare in un contesto veramente magico. Noi abbiamo pernottato nel bungalow deluxe in riva al mare, e tutto era nuovo e bello. Gli altri bungalows sembravano un po' più vecchiotti, ma la pulizia generale del resort e la posizione incantevole (migliore di HAAD YAO)fanno di questo posto una sistemazione ottima, che consigliamo.

By far the best hotel on the island ”
After many years of travelling to Thailand, I have not seen value for money like this. The chilled out, jungle atmosphere is exactly what you need to escape a working/city life. Any amount of time here will leave you mentally and physically rejuvenated. I don’t even have the words to describe the restaurant/bar, absolute utopia. The staff are very happy, friendly and helpful, makes such a difference to see a genuine smile! I took my family to the bar a few days after i checked out, They all agreed it’s the best bar they’ve ever been to. Lots of love and thanks to all the staff. Especially Mo, Nye and Sou, all amazing people! See you again!!

Great place to stay in Koh Phangan.”
We stayed 5 days at Haad Son Resort and enjoyed our holidays there. Our room-bungalow style-had a cosy terrasse with a magnificent view on the sunset. The staff was welcoming and keen to help.

Breakfast is not good. Using poor quality of coffee. It’s better to book the room without breakfast. Facilities, staffs, restaurants is good. Definitely will come back again.

Amazing-4th time for our family”
Our family found Haad sin resort several years go after having to leave the hotel we had originally booked as it was awful and in Haad Rin. We found this place and although the hotel is not fancy - the staff, the environment and swimming at all times of day is amazing. The staff and location is our all time favourite after being around koh Pha-ngan 5 times as a family with 3 children.

Beautiful beach”
Haad Son Resort is one of the best place in Koh Phangan where you can enjoy a beautiful, clean and quiet beach... Moreover, they have this bay where we can jump and swim with a school of colorful fishes. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They will give us some bread to feed the fishes. Oo, my kids love it. We love it and will definitely be coming back again to this resort. Thank you, Haad Son. We will see you again :*

Great stay in a fun but aging hotel”
We had good times for the 8-days trip we had with our 2 y/o in one of the beach front rooms. The view and the beach are fantastic and accessible right away, bare foot in the sand. The pool is fun as well, better than what I imagined with the pictures. The bed was very comfortable (soft), the room was clean with good hotel service overall. The staff was nice, helpful and speaks good English. A big highlight for us was the restaurant, Koh Raham where we had breakfast every morning, included with the booking and many dinners. The setting of the restaurant and overall ambiance is amazing (look at pictures to see for yourself). The restaurant's staff was also extremely kind. Some downsides could be the ambiance which was non-existent at the hotel, combined with the aging rooms and facilities. Covid probably didn't helped, but we quickly realized the place has seen better and busier days. Also, more hammocks!! For example on the balconies or on the resort property, would be a nice addition as the plastic chairs were not super comfortable. That said, we had a blast and I would go back any time!

Very nice hotel. The rooms have a lot of space and looked even better in real life then on the pictures. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind. The restaurant that is part of the hotel (on the beach) serves bad food for way too much money. Apart from this, the location is not in the centre. It is close to nice beaches and restaurants, but I liked the island better because I rented a scooter and went to the other side. Overall a really good hotel that is worth the money!

We had originally been assigned a room up the property near the road. The stair climb was no problem, as we are fit, but the noise from the road was too much. Thankfully, there was a room by the water. Had to pay more, but was worth it. Staff very competent and friendly. Ate only once at the restaurant: beautiful spot, but service and prices not great. Did yoga every day at Samma Karuna: awesome. Road was too busy, so we walked (hiked through the rocks on the shore): fantastic. Secret beach at Haad Son is quaint and private. Massage is very good, too.

Haad son resort is very nice, but be aware when booking. This was a pay at the resort booking. Booked because agoda had it on special and when I got to the resort they charged me full price. Went to reference my agoda booking and they had stripped all prices from my booking reservation and confirmation. This is more so a blemish on agoda and didn’t take away from our experience.

Built on a steep hillside above the beach”
THe location was fine but the buildingsabnd design go the paths between them was to say the least bizarre. Narrow, winding and Indies, they were poorly lit at night with steps of various sizes places ramdomly around. My bungalow was clearly one of the older buildings on the site and needed sprucing up - the aircon was on its last legs - it sounded like it had asthma! You need to be quite fit to get from carpark, reception, room to beach and it would have been nice to have someone to carry bags after check out. The Carparking is on an incredibly steep part of the site and quite frankly not very safe for inexperienced drivers. It would be a good idea if the opened up the staff parking area for guests - its only a matter of time before someone loses control a has an accident. The published price for my room was around 4000 baht - there is no way would I have paid that for the room - in the end I was charged 1300 which still in my opinion was overrating it by about 400 baht.

Good value for money and great location directly on secret beach. ”
Staff not very sharp. Book directly with hotel for best rate. Beware of the simple (lowest category bungalow), they are very basic with no fridge.
