The hotel exterior looks like it needs a paint job and clean. Elevators are quick and have a nice view looking out onto the beach. The rooms are spacious and have ample storage space. Wish the windows next to the spa wasn't frosted so we could have a view of the mountain. We were given 2 queen beds instead of one king bed which was still okay but would have liked the king bed. There was no microwave which would have been nice. No cooktop even though there were plates and bowls. The downstairs fan did not work but the aircon was sufficient. The room was very well sound proofed; couldn't hear anything with all the doors shut. The private shuttle to and from the airport was a nice surprise, we felt very valued. Overall, it was a great place to stay and good proximity to just about everything.

My husband and I spent 3 days at Reef View Hotel for our wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to king bedroom, which was spacious, clean and had a well stocked bar fridge. The hotel amenities were amazing and you could use other hotels pools. Beach activities were included in the price ie catamaran, wind sailing, snorkels etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel which was well below its normal capacity which may have been a positive factor.

The reef view hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are really big with great bathrooms. All overlooking the ocean/garden. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities are very good and the staff are very helpful

We stayed here for 3 nights had a 10th floor room and the view was fantastic. Rooms are great size and beds are super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Head across the road to the swim up pool bar, nice place to hang for a couple of cocktails. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel and Hamilton was good but Agoda only booked a king room for x2 people so one of us had to sleep on the sofa as I booked for x3.

Had an initial issue with the room (802) which had a bad smell. Staff tried a few times to clear it out but to no avail. Was luckily moved to a newer/cleaner room (1112) which had no smell and a better view. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Gym access is great, well equipped gym! We had breakfast included which allows us to go to 3 different places to eat, which is great. Beach is easy to walk to, in fact most things are walkable. Careful with the showers as the water temperature if finicky and can get VERY hot !

Went to Hamilton Island for 6 days and stayed at the Reef View Hotel. Fantastic location right opposite the beach; great swimming pool for families with children; the room was very spacious with two double beds; bathroom with shower and bath - lots of room. Very clean thanks to great household staff. Reception and concierge were very informative and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed for five nights at Easter 2021, and could not be more impressed by the standard of service. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the pool staff were what made this hotel really stand out. Nothing better than relaxing by the pool being brought food and drinks.
