Hotel situato a 200m dallo zocalo, stanza piccola ma pulita. Unico neo sta nel fatto che le stanze non hanno la finestra ma si affacciano alla hall. Molto bello, lussuoso e curato. Colazione fantastica sempre inclusa nel prezzo a buffet. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Comfortable rooms and great beds. Hotel has even small sportroom and laundryroom. Great breakfast as from 06.00 which is perfect for early start.

Avoid avoid avoid Great location but very noisy. Bathrooms are in terrible shape. The need to step up cleanliness throughout the facility.

Best hotel in centro”
One of the best hotels in the centro area. Although the conditions of the room wasn't the best, the bedding was comfortable, and the service that each of the hotel's employees was awesome. I wanna give an special thanks to Alexis in the night shift and Itzel in the morning shift as they tried to accomodate my needs during my stay. Breakfast could be more diverse in its offering although the pressence of mexican breakfast staples was a pleasant surprise (be sure to try the cafe de olla, its really good).

5 mins walking distance to Zocalo Square”
We initially stayed in the 6th floor, the room is extremely small. On the 2nd day, we paid extra and upgrade to a suite in 2nd floor No. 216 and it is much better. Pamela is super kind and friendly and she has done a great job throughout our stay in this hotel. As for the breakfast....well, it is the same everyday and limited options. Overall ok!

It was good. Accomodating staff,spacious room, need to improve infection control esp. eradication of bed bugs so that next time no more further damage. Aology accepted but make sure to control as muchas possible please. A bit awkward but thank you for the offer for upgrading us but I'll appreciate if you're housekeeping will be meticulous on eradicating some infestation like these.
