Very low quality hotel. Dirty with rust and broken furnishings in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel space is dilapidated, even compared to similar hotels in the city.

The hotel room is very nice. The owner/staff working here speaks fluent English and is very helpful. It's within walking distance to Hanoi station but I don't hear any noise from the passing trains. At least 3 inexpensive vegetarian buffet places in the area. So if you need to catch a train or bus, or if you are vegetarian, this is a perfect place.

Very close to train station and airport bus if you planning to travel and want to save on taxi. Good for one night stay. Not much in the proximity but not too far from Hoan Kiem Lake

As you say about airport pick up is right our hotel is very right, that is 86 bus from airport to Hotel and back airport.. Other Vietjet Shuttle bus also do the same thing with fairprice cost. Also our hotel location is just walkable from Hoan Kiem Lake, this street will not stuffed at weekend you could enter easily to as well. This hotel is located around 5 mins walking distance away from the railway station. It has everything you need for a proper stay and the staff is friendly. It is value for money so you can’t really expect too much.

Great place to stay that is closed to everything in Old district. Room is large enough and have everything for your stay. The only one thing is the staff support is a concern. The toilet tissue is only 10% of the roll when check-in, we called the receptionist three time without any response. We did report to the staff when check-out. The staff at this time is Ms. Thư who knew an issue and tried to give us a grapefruit for the compensation but unfortunately our luggage is too full. However, we appreciate her customer support. We will stay in this hotel whenever we travel to Hanoi

No reservation for guest although room has been booked. Had to wait for 5h to get my room. No VAT invoice sent whatsoever which was a letdown. Receptionist are nice but they're having memory issues. Not recommended if you want to take VAT invoice for company.

Ok for one quick night ”
We might have got unlucky with our room (basement with a tiny window) but this wasn’t the most pleasant stay for the relatively high price. Would be fine if you were literally just sleeping and getting ready!

Hanoi Aria hotel is truly value for money. Centrally located it has good access to rly stn, market, banks and many tourist attractions near by. I give kudos to the hotel staff particularly to Mr Toan and Mr Mark.

Great hotel in old qtr”
Hotel was good, staff very helpful and friendly, spoke English great. Nice walk to lake area to catch sight seeing buses, many restaurants, coffee shops etc. Room was clean and good size.
