Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti. La struttura è arredata in maniera appariscente ma piuttosto kitsch. Le stanze ampie hanno mobili in stile fiorito poco funzionali, con molti cassetti e nemmeno una sedia. I materassi sono eccessivamente duri. Il personale non è in grado di dare informazioni anche semplici. La pulizia delle parti comuni non è puntuale e accurata. La colazione è poco varia. Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo è abbastanza buono e la posizione ottima. In complesso la permanenza non è stata negativa.

The staff are very nice, and location is very close to Ben Thanh Market. Near hotel, there are many places for sightseeing and shops. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back here next time!

We were a family of 6 and booked the huge Family room with 3 king beds.. super clean, comfy, cold air conditioning and room smelt fresh ! .. opening windows in room . Bathroom was fine, plenty of hot water and pressure. Large lounge and tv, fridge in room . Plenty of room to stay and do shopping before leaving to fly home. Breakfast was okay, more Asian, but we left full enough and breakfast staff super friendly and helpful to make omelette or scrambled egg for kids, but very tiny tables ! QuickMart 2 doors near hotel. ATM next door, safe. Reception staff speak great English and can help with anything , my teenager shattered his new I-Phone screen, reception lady wrote down address where to go and get fixed- fixed in 3 hrs for $36= happy teenager 👍 Bahn Than market just around the corner, but cheaper to get a taxi ($2) over to ‘Lucky Plaza’ (Mc Donald’s) ‘Taka Plaza’ or market opposite Saigon Plaza. Would definitely stay here again, great location, value !

this hotel was in a great location with all the restaurants and shops in less than 10 mins walking distance, but the hotel seemed older than other newer buildings. the bed was uncomfortable, and there were ants in the room. the staff was extremely nice, and breakfast was good too.

Staffs were friendly, the condition of the room was moderate. Location of the hotel is good, else probably not worth staying until the construction of the building behind is complete

The room is clean, comfortable. when I check in, Ann, Ami and Janny are very very friendly, they help me with my bags and guide me the city places. they very professional i think, and quickly solve my request. the breakfast is enough with the price Thank u all and Ill be back one day

Great Hotel”

I am very impressed by the staffs here, especially, the receptionist is all girls who are really friendly, helpful. Sometimes they prepare your breakfast (it’s special because I haven’t seen any hotels like this) they’re busy but always smile.

Brand new hotel but lacks quality”

I was surprised by its high rating. Considering that the room given to my wife was very bad. Fortunately one of the staff did change the room for her and gave her a clean room with good functioning facilities, clean bathroom, new and comfortable beds. My wife was very happy with the friendly staff who changed her room, and also the location is near many food and market for drinks, snacks etc... breakfast was not so good, few options and no soup.

We booked 3 rooms with 6 travelers. The location is really good where walking distance to many attraction point. Price is reasonable and hotel staff is friendly. The room is quite big and aircond is cold. However the bed is not really comfortable and noisy sound when you have movement on bed. The toilet is a bit smelly but I am ok with it. The drainage in the toilet was stuck and I have to request hotel to service. The property is quite old especially the room and breakfast so so only.

pro: near to ben tahn market, restaurant opposite is cheap. minimart next to it. staff is friendly and understand english, room is spacious, so as toilet and shower room (water pressure so so and hot water is ok). tv with english channel, air cond is cold enough. i was place at the back room of the hotel so it is quiet. provide breakfast. con: the window dont have lock handle and it is very close to the back security staircase.

Japanese theme hotel hence the rooms are are decorated to minimalist design. Hotel towels and sheets are kept clean. Showers come with strong water pressure and Wifi strength is good. Overall that is what most travellers desire,: Clean sheets, shower with strong water pressure and good Wifi . Can't really ask for more , can one ?

The room was spacious for six of us. The staffs was very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, they can communicate in English. Although breakfast choices is limited, but I enjoyed it! The room was not soundproof as we can hear outside noise during the night. But, in overall, it was good value for money.

Located near to the popular tourist spots such as Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Post Office, Independence Palace and etc. There is one Family Mart nearby too. Despite we went there in a group of Six, the room is clean and big enough to let us have a pleasant stay. The staffs are extremely helpful. They helped us to arrange the transport to the Airport. The hotel definitely worth to stay.

The price is value for the money. The owner and his employers are very friendly and attentive to all their customers need. We are from Japan and we were glad that the hotel is run by japanese who can speak both english and of course japanese. It was our 4th visit in Vietnam and we will definitely come back and stay at HappyLand hotel.
