Perfect family trip. Not a huge overwhelming resort. Beautiful view at the restaurant, pool crew were so fun and laid back! Everyone was nice and went out of their way to make sure you were happy. Always seats at the pool or beach. I miss it already. We will be back!

Staff was friendly and helpful! Hotel was very clean and well kept. Nice location .5 mile beach stroll to south beach and can walk north towards Tiger beach 2.5 miles.

Place is pretty nice. Not nearly as nice as pictures. Pool is small and room smells musty. But overall it is nice places and the beach is unbelievable

Your paying for the location. Food is average or below and VERY expensive. Go out of resort for good food. I’m unsure if it’s lack of staff but cleanliness was not top notch. Lack of attention to detail.

The lady at the pool(Ximena) made our day more enjoyable. She was friendly, courteous and very personal. She made us feel comfortable that we will be very happy to go back.

My room was spotless and large. The view was amazing. The staff very friendly and helpful. The downside was they charge a resort fee and because of the virus, the beach closed 2 hours after I arrived, the spa was closed and the gym. I thought a resort fee should have been waved. Also parking is an additional fee that was not advised.

El hotel ubicación es perfecta el restaurante maravilloso el servicio de la playa eficiente pero me tocaron la puerta a las 8:00 am para dejar el alojamiento cuando la salida es a las 12:00 am creo que deberían tener una charla con las personas que asean las había habitaciones y decirles que no pueden tocar la puerta antes que los huéspedes dejen el alojamiento mi hija de 4 años no volvió a dormir desde esa hora y el baño necesita más limpieza para ser un hotel con un precio elevado debería ser la limpieza una de sus cosas primordiales. Por último las personas no llevaban tapabocas en las áreas comunes no respetaban el distanciamiento para nada.

Wir waren 4 Nächte da, es war sehr sehr schön und entspannend. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Direkt am sehr schönen und weiten Sandstrand. Gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es eine offene Mall mit vielen leckeren Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und alle mit Balkon. Bad mit 2 Waschbecken und einer sehr großen Dusche mit Glastüre! Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Top Hotel - sehr empfehlenswert”
Top Hotel auf Marco Island. Sehr ruhig, wie Marco Island ingesamt. Schöne Poolanlage. Zimmer sind super. Alle Balkone sind auf das Meer ausgerichtet. Weißer Sandstrand vor dem Hotel. Benutzung der Liegestühle am Strand ist kostenlos, allerdings wird für einen Sonnenschirm 18 $ pro Tag berechnet. Business-Center mit Internet-PCs vorhanden. Ferner gibt es einen Star-Bucks-Kaffee-Stand im Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
