The Manager was super kind ! The facilities and room condition were fantastic. Morning view from the balcony made me feel fresh. I have been staying in this APT for 3 times since my last biz trip on July.

So very touched with host’s kindness and passion.”
I stayed here for two days and had some problem. But whenever i had problem, host came to me to solve it. And host’s answer was very fast. I had to stay one more day and host gave me extra room with reasonable price. Nice swimming pool, Fantasticw view, Gorgeous Tower81 which can be seen wherever you are in hochimin, Underground Shopping mall, Clean room and street.

Great location”
Only booked this room as we had a late flight and wanted to sore luggage and be central- and somewhere with a pool... the hotel provided great discount vouchers and a clean functional small room without a window for minimal cost. The pool was not functional as it was down the road and serves as a Centre peace in the middle of a restaurant. Loved the location though.

High floor with best view, parks and promenades of top quality around. Away from noisy and crowded streets of the inner city. Go for it if you travel with family.

We booked and paid for a non-refundable 2br with swimming pool a couple weeks in advanced. At check-in, unable to contact host from phone number listed in confirmation email from Agoda. Contacted Agoda and was told owner didn’t agreed on rate. It took Agoda and owner sometime to work things out and we waited almost an hour to be checked-in. Pros: Kevin, our host responds to calls and texts quickly. Cons: They put us in a different building, different 2br and no access to pool.

misleading description, all the facilities promoted on the profile (such as tennis, swimming pool etc) was not available for us only staying one night and poor help in any lobby, reception we went to. Nice apartment but thats about it.

Worst bed I have ever slept in. ”
We booked a non refundable apartment for 3 days, left it after 2 nights. Unclean kitchen and bathroom. Bed, even smallest movement made the bed squeak and so uncomfy. To get pool access you had to photocopy the passport and then give them your fingerprint. Still didn’t work to access it when we left the area. For the price/night, definitely not worth it.

The area is great. New and lots of greenery. The property itself was dirty, not cleaned well at all and housekeeping standards were the worst I’ve experienced. The kitchen is covered in a film of grease, pool access is a mission to get and beds weren’t made daily

Not value for my money because when we arrived apartment wasn’t ready for us : the old towels still there and hand wash still in bathroom. The pool is not convenient for us we have to wait for ages for the staff to signed us in. Also the shoes carbbinet full of shoes and sting. Staff not friendly and the people there very miserable. They’re not professional and very bad manner for customer service. Very disappointed we never comeback here again.

I recommend this hotel. However the checkin is quite troublesome and take time. The hotel manager ask me to go to a different place for checkin but they are not their. I need to go around wirh heavy ludgage. Quite tired!

Everything was amazig throughout my 5 night stay with my family , all the facilities such as swimming pool, gym,wifi , the enormous park and restaurants + coffee shops nearby within walking distant ( less than 5 mins ), on top of that the staffs and the owner were very helpful. To go to the hub of everything takes abt 10 mins taxi which is acceptable.definitely recommend.

Pros Nice space 2br were very comfortable Thanh very accommodating and nice Let us in early even though we were 1 1/2 hrs early Cons Did not have hairdryer and iron Had to ask for it Also you had to ask them to clean Every time you wanted your rooms cleaned Since there was construction still going on at times especially some days it was quite noisy No phone to use

Staff were very responsive. Excellent customer service. I enjoyed my stay. Washing machine was installed 2 days after I mentioned it when I was ask for feed back. Decent price for a 1 bedroom apartment. I preferred this over a hotel. I will stay again when next in HCMC
