abbiamo scelto la camera vip con vista sul fiume ma la vista era sul mercato ortofrutticolo e in di vip c'era ben poco nella cabina doccia era posizionato il water la moquette sporca e la colazione era inesistente solo i soliti brodini vietnamiti. abbiamo reclamato e richiesto l'intervento di un responsabile il quale a stento ci procurava una baguette ed un cucchiaino di marmellata per due persone. il personale addetto alla sala colazioni seduti sugli sgabelli del bar a piedi nudi e dopo esserseli massaggiati serviva i clienti ci sarebbero tante altre cose ma vi consiglio un altro hotel

ho acquistato una camera vip con colazione inclusa la colazione e' stata inesistente solo noodles in brodo la camera vip non era neanche standard il water all'interno della cabina doccia moquette sporca e polverosa ho acquistato i pernottamenti con agoda ed e' il responsabile primario del disagio causato per l'inadempienza sia della colazione che dello standard qualitativo di questo hotel

FYI. A lot of hotels use solar energy shock is great. However it can take a long time for hot water to arrive down to your floor. Patience and 2-4 minutes of luke warm water must flow first.

The hotel advertised buffets breakfast; but, it was not. The breakfast was based on the number of guests that stay that night. Otherwise, you paid for the room with buffets breakfast, and get just an order of bread and eggs. Was very disappointment!

Definitely NOT a 3 stars hotel”

We checked in at 5pm. Not difficult to find the hotel which is next to Cai Khe market. Spacious parking. I booked a Deluxe Triple room and our room was 406. It was too small for a triple group. The most terrible and unacceptable thing is the room was hot as hell. Air conditioner didn't work. It only blew out hot wind, not cool breeze. Light and air filter in bathroom didn't work. Bed had ants. We complained and were moved to a bigger Triple room with city view. The room was acceptable except that the door could not be opened with key from the outside. Breakfast was ok for Vietnamese people. Overall, I don't think this hotel is worth 3 stars. 2 stars maybe. I don't think I will choose this hotel again.

My family and I came to visit Can Tho and stayed in this hotels 3 nights. At our check in the hotel, I almost want to cancel the hotel and move to a different hotel because the room is dirty and smelled bad. The hotel had no warm water neither so we take the cold shower every day. The breakfast is not good. The hotel should be rated as 2.5 star.

Everything is okay to me. Only one thing that the staff needs more skills. They need to be trained professionally in the communication skill. I think it is more better if they can fill this.
