The hotel is in a great position, and within easy walking distance to everything. The staff are nice and friendly and are helpful. Our room was big and clean and came well equipped with kettle, iron, and toiletries. Mattress was comfortable and the pillows were perfect ….Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the room with king size bed very comfortable, clean, great size and had everything we needed. Location is fantastic . The staff have been very accommodating every time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn.

This hotel is pretty quite, All the staff was very helpful and nice. Everything I requested they made sure it happened the managers are extra helpful and polite. I got upgraded to a King room suite the room was nice and clean what I would expect from a 4star Hotel. Breakfast was good nice and simple. I would stay again in room 412.

The location of this hotel right near all the public transportation,china town and Paddy's markets. Hotel is beautiful lovely clean rooms and staff all super friendly and ready to help.

Good Service & Location”
The breakfast buffet was very good with a large variety of selection. The room was spacious and clean with adequate amenities. The Hotel is centrally located with many of Sydney's popular places that are easily accessible and within walking distant. Another plus to this location that there is a Cole Supermarket with a Deli and Bakery located on the lower floor of the World Square Shopping Center. Overall, the entire staff was very attentive, courteous and helpful to the needs of guests.

Used here for self isolation for 3 days after arriving from overseas. Only negative was one check in staff, said room not ready as I arrived before check in, no issues and would let me know when ready. So I waited the lounge near lobby for more than an hour. After seeing others getting their room keys approach another person at counter and confirmed room was ready and had been for an hour. The original check in person just ignored me at desk and never apologised for forgetting about me even when asked by the other staff member - disappointing service. The rest of staff were fine thou

The hotel is well maintained and it’s quite clean. Staffs are friendly and willing to help when I need to print something at the counter. No complaints as everything went smoothly. Only setback is the carpark is not actually in the hotel premises if you are driving .
