ALL THE LADIES AND THE GENTLEMAN AT THE RECEPTION WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WETE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE THREE GENTLEMEN AT THE LOBBY THAT PARKED OUR CAR AND RETRIEVED IT FOR US WERE FANTASTIC. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD WITH A FANTASTIC TEAM. IT WAS QUIET AND PEACEFUL TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN TO STAY HERE IN THIS HOTEL.

Great location for city centre hotel ”
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the city centre. There are some coffee shops opposite and easy walking distance to many sites and long street. Staff were great at all times and breakfast had good selection. Felt safe walking around the area

The location is not ideal to walk around at night. Its a one way small street to access hotel. Parking is from another end. A bit tricky, rent a small car or take a Bolt or Uber for anything. Dont walk around at night.

hotel located in the city center, next to shops and restaurants, many monuments nearby, a few minutes from the red bus stop, which took us to all the attractions in the city

Room was quite small, right beside the St. George Mall shopping street and at the city center. walking distant to most of the place of interests. Also, walking distant to Woolworth food

Security personnel are all around the vicinity and should be ok. Just don show off your jewellery as that may be tempting to snatch thieves as this is also happeneing in other countries.

As someone from JHB I would never choose a hotel in the middle of town. I was very uncomfortable with the location of the hotel. I kept on looking over my shoulders because I was scared I would be mugged or so. If I knew the location I would not have booked. Everything else with the hotel is 1st class just the location for me. Not sure if I'll ever book there again. The Security seems to be visible but because of crime in our country cbd is the worst place to choose for accommodation.

Value of Money... i will never forget my room on top 15th floor with full clear view of Table Mountain. so many memories i had left in that room.

The place convenient, supermarket, shopping BUT encounter lots of people approaching for food n money. Not very safe at night. Won't recommend to stay.
