been here 3 times already during my last 3 trin in last 6 months I am very happy with evry thing in this hotel.

Smoking in cafe”

Overall a pleasant however the enforcement of no-smoking should be strictly upheld. Guests were smoking during breakfast at the cafe though there was no-smoking sign posted on the pillar. The smoking ban in cafe is something the management should enforce. Having the sign is something, enforcing is another.

Warm hospitality ”

Overall it's a pleasant stay in this business hotel where it located at the center of the city and easy access to other part of town. The hotel's restaurant also provide good foods. At last I must praise the warm hospitality from the hotel staffs and much better than other hotel experience in China

business trip”

this is a good place to stay although this was my first time to Zhengzhou. Taxi and buses available to expo centre , shoping mall and railway station. Shuttle bus terminal from air port was nearby. Service good and clean.I will back to this hotel if come to Zhengzhou in future.

Very dad luck on that day”

Due to a lot of hotels in Zhenzhou did not accept foreign guests (I was canceled booking by one of the hotel just 5 mins before I reached there.) on that month, I was forced to book Holiday Inn online 10mins by mobile phone before checking in. But when I reached Holiday Inn, they said they did not receive my booking from Agoda, so I have been waiting at the lobby for 45 mins but they still didn't receive anything from Agoda. After that, Hotel told me Agoda system down, so they let me checked in first. After I settled in the room for 1 hour, several plainclothes police officer knocked on my door and said wanted to check my room. After some conversation with the officer, they said they checked wrongly. I complained to the hotel lobby, but they said they didn't know about it. I just felt that it was not safe to stay in this hotel. Why if those people was not real police officer, then I might be in trouble.

Old toilet seat in room; staff sweeps dirt on table to floor”

Toilet seat in my room was old and yellowish. Wonder if it would have cost a fortune to have it replaced. Overall, the cleanliness was simply below standards for an international brand. Cleanliness-within-expectation is my main reason for choosing a global brand hotel when travelling in China, yet, disappointed this time. An odd scene in the breakfast place was the staff simply swept the dirt on the tables to the floor when cleaning. The hotel room was sufficiently lighted and handily appointed. The bedding was cozy. The bathroom, except the old toilet seat, was acceptable.

Suitable for Business Traveler”

Stayed there for two nights. The room is clean and not too small for a single traveler. However,there is road construction in front of the hotel, thus difficult to get a taxi as the traffic is always jam.

comfortable and service oriented”

Despite being a happy man staying at this hotel, the flip side is the traffic jam. Nothing to do with the hotel, but I hope something can be done to the traffic outside the hotel. Having said that, the hotel was very welcoming and my stay a pleasant one as the staff were very accommodating to my request. And Agoda too, they handled my cancellation professionally.

Good location and clean”

This is the probably the best choice for an American who is not comfortable being out of his anglosphere bubble, but doesn't want to totally break the bank. The room was clean, had speedy wifi, comfy bed -- basically everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express in America. For those more budget-minded, you can get a good clean room for almost half the cost at a HomeInn or Hotel 168, which are a couple Chinese brands.

Excellent experience”

The staff were very friendly and helpful they had a high English level. On check in I was given a room instead of suite as booked but as soon as I notified them of the mistake they were apologetic and quick to rectify the problem. The suite wasn't going to be available for another 30mins so they allowed me to rest in the original room until it was available. The staff were knowlegable whenever I asked a question about how to get somewhere or where something was located. The breakfast had a good selection of both Chinese and Western. The staff made omlettes on request and they tasted great. The rooms were all very clean and well kept and the housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. The beds are soft (not too soft though) and have a selection of peoples labled firm or soft for guests convenience. There was a mini bar in the room. There was no hint of cigarette smoke in either the room or suite which makes a pleasant change from most hotels in China. It was a bonus to find that there is a free shuttle between the hotel and the East fast train station. The purpose of my stay was to get away and relax which I was easily able to do here.I would definitely stay here again.

Great location budget hotel”

At least, you can have good location with good price here. there are some store and vending machine at the lobby offering good food and good drink. One thing for sure, they didnot provide wifi at the room.

As value for money this hotel is excellent. Its easy access to all major features of the city is a great benefit. The rooms are clean, they are not too small for the single or couple and provide all the expected facilities. The hotel connects to other hotels via interior walkways and this provides excellent opportunity to use facilities of other hotels such as lounges and dining etc. For a Westerner the breakfast was quite good. Cereal and bacon and eggs and all the things most expected are available. Coffee is OK and service is effecient and friendly. I will use this hotel on future visits to Zhengzhou. I am a frequent traveller to Zhengzhou and recommend this hotel for Westerners.

Nice hotel with cafe in the lobby”

the hotel was nice and staffs are friendly. the room is considerably small but comfy. i don't really like the bathroom though, it's very small and not comfortable to move around. it is also reasonably clean. nice hotel with good value of money! it is located in "hotel complex"

Good location for my business trip, friendly staff”

I was only at this hotel for 1 night on business, but it was a comfortable hotel with very good value for money,serves a god western breakfast. I would stay there again if I have to make another trip to Zhengzhou.

rooms are very nicely done, reception is very pleasant, very good work of reception, English speaking people are a few, but exist, very good breakfast, cental location is closed to everything, hotel is clean, has all the necessary appliances, free internet in the rooms.

Front staff can speak English. no deposit, there was city bus &airport bus stop ,shoping centre,MAC,KFC,bank, sauna, mini shop. バス停が近くにありカルフール、マクドナルド、ケンタッキーフライドチキンはホテル前のバス亭よりすぐ。 デポジットは取られなかった。
