Molto conveniente se pensate di fermarvi a Helsinki per qualche giorno e desiderate stare vicino l'aeroporto, lo shuttle service e' ottimo e la disponibilita' di tutto il personale e' eccellente. Buon servizio anche se si vuole andare a vedere la citta' e dotazione di biciclette gratis da parte dell'hotel!!

Free shuttle bus between the airport and hotel, almost whole day(include midnight) provides the service. Free sauna provided. Room is medium size and cozy with coffee powder and tea bag. Staff Is very friendly and nice. There are lot of choices for breakfast buffet. It’s worthy to stay here.

The rooms were clean with all facilities . The best part was being close to the airport with a regular shuttle service from early morning till late at night. There was no waiting at checkin or checkout and all ran smoothly

A good stay ”
We had a day to stay in Helsinki post our visit to Rovaniemi, so we decided to stay at Holiday Inn. It is a perfect place if you are in transit and want to stay closer to the airport. It is a little far from the city attractions but the buses make it easier if you want to visit Helsinki outlet and all. highly recommended if you want to stay closer to the airport. Not such a great option if you want to visit the City for tourism.

Love that they provide frequent shuttle services to the airport, you don't have to wait long. You can also walk to the nearby supermarket and shopping centre. Room was clean and basic. Definitely a good stay if you need to fly out the next day.

A bit far from airport however no worry on logistic as there are shuttle to/from airport. Walking distance to a nearby Mall and quite area. Room were clean and check-in staff was friendly.

Covid obsessed and aggresive staff spoiled the whole experience.”
Random and illogical rules surrounding covid, which changed at different times of day and downright rude, aggressive restaurant staff undermined Manager's attempts at a sane and hospitable approach. Asking for change to pay cash for a taxi is not a crime (yet)!

Paid for 3 persons, room presented for only 2”
Paid significant more to get a room for 3 persons rather than 2. At the reception the staff confirmed the booking was made for 3 but at the room it was only made for 2. The ‘bed’ for the 3rd person was a chair that could fold out forming some sort of ‘bed’. All the towels and amenities we only prepared for 2. Also bed linen was missing for the extra person. Not okay when you pay that much more for a room that was clearly just for 2 persons! Good to see complimentary water and light snacks and breakfast was decent

+ Close to the airport with free airport shuttle. Also close to the malls. Otherwise good for ONE night stay only. Breakfast buffet was good tho. (-) Nothin much goin on here. Hotel looks old, room looks old. Very basic hotel.

1. Room lock chain disappeared or was it taken out deliberately? 2. Basin was stained n unsightly 3. Kettle was old n stained Very unlike an international hotel chain, I must say. A little disappointed with the room condition..
