Excellent location and Helpful staff”

We've been there for 4 days and 3nights. we got a good experience and really enjoy during staying at there. Staffs are really helpful and the resort are in the excellent location. Highly recommend to for family and group traveling. Breakfast is good but should add more and keep hygiene with cleanliness. Overall, 8/10

mixed feelings about the place”

The hotel itself is nice, room is spacious, room & garden really tidy. Price of the room is OK, did not expect luxury. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Staff doesn't really speak English, which is kind of strange if they want to accommodate foreigners. Everything was fine until a large group of russian package tourists arrived, who probably come in shifts all through the season. Their behavior, attitude really ruined the atmosphere there, especially in the mornings, when they invade the breakfast area, and around the pool area, where they really don't care of anybody around. The hotel is located at the main road, the beach is about 5 min. walk. This wouldn't be an issue, but we ran into the public beach-private beach issue on the beachfront several times, which really made me think if I ever want to come back to phu quoc. E.g. the witch at the mai house resort ran out of her place on the beacfront and started kicking sand on the people lying at 'her' beach, sending everyone away...

Good value, clean property ”

Pros- close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a good mix of western and local cuisine. Good coffee! Rooms and grounds were clean and pools were nice. Good value for the low price we paid. Only cons were the staff who barely spoke English and were of little help organizing travel plans. Would stay again

Ottimo”

The hotel room is spacious and clean ( new bath towels). Located at the main road about 30 minutes walk to night market or 10 minutes by transport. Around 7 minutes walk to the beach across the main road. There's free airport transfer ( both ways) and free breakfast as well; the breakfast is nothing to shout about, but it was actually better than i expected. There's noodles, eggs, waffles and fruit. The staff speaks very little English, which is to be expected in the whole of Phu Quoc.... All in all, a great place to stay for semi budget travellers.

Probably the best accomodation for the price we had in two months of travelling. Over the road from the beach. Central location. High standard of cleanliness. All bungalows large with a porch. Excellent breakfast buffet but unfortunately greedy people demolished it quickly and it was not replenished. They were even piling up their childrens plates! Pool was green for 3 days we were there but eventualy it was rectified. The pool area was lovely. We chose the accommodation for the pool and then unfortunately could not use it. Free shuttle to the airport. Ended up staying 6 nights. The receptionist did not understand English but the Manager could communicate quite well.

Solid place, no complaints”

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was relaxing, and the breakfast was good. While not perfect (it's a bit far from the beach, and the option to purchase drinks by the pool would have been nice), it is good value for the money, has a nice little setting, and was overall a good experience.

Great location, lovely room”

The bungalows are located in a great location, a short walk from the local beach and some great restaurants. It's worth mentioning we were put in the furthest room miles away from reception which didn't seem like the option we had booked, after asking at reception we were allowed to move the next day to a much better room, so be wary of this. Staff aren't especially friendly or helpful, but okay. All in all quite a good place to stay in Phu Quoc!

Dirty and poor ”

Very very very bad... Too dirty, unacceptable even you can not put your foot on the floor. Only the staff was very nice, but it seem they were too tired, because they have to work a lot (i think). The smell in the room too moody, a lot of mosquitos, swimming pool was too dirty, water tastes sour... That is really terrible hotel i was

The staff were helpful and accommodating, although english was not spoken very much. Breakfast was filling and tasty. Pool was nice, rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Although not in the center of town, we rented scooters and were happy to be on the outskirts. Recommend staying here for a couple of nights.

Great value & v close to beach”

Stayed over new year in a bungalow here - the staff couldn't have been more helpful & friendly. The room was big, clean & a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Would recommend.

Disappointing”

The location is very good. The staff was not friendly and does not speak English and when we made ourselves understood the service was poor for « certain group » of guests; like asking for beach towels we were told « no more, come back at 2 » and 5 minutes later a person of the « preferred group of guests » passed by with 4 beach towels, then when returning to the reception and insisting strongly, they gave us 2 towels! One of the pool, the water was not clean, unable to see through it! At both pools there was about 5 chairs and most of them were broken. The breakfast buffet included was plenty with a large choice.
