Very happy with our first stay at a Hop Inn. Price was decent and the room was exactly how I’d expected. Spotlessly clean, well laid out and comfy. Bathroom was excellent too. Nice to find a hotel with a large car park too. Will definitely use one again.

This chain hotel is brand new; thus plumbing works. The place is not within walking distance from either the bus or the railway station. Yet Surin offers samlor (trishaw, three wheeled bicycle with hooded seat in the back); 70-80 baht gets you there.

The room is clean but it is small. There are No facilities, for example, shower cap and slippers. The receptionist is still busy all the time. They should smile and welcome to the customers.

Front desk check I was the absolute worst of my stays in Thailand - although check in was quick no personality or information was given as if they did not want me there- with many stays in ISAN this was a shock
