Nice hotel near Airport”
Good location with free airport transfer provided (you have to pay only when you reserve the transfer to Airport after check-in). Booked a business double room at a very good rate with Agoda, thus had a very good sleep after landed at nearly 10 o'clock at night. Spar supermarket is just next to the hotel, where you can buy anything you need and they opens at 7 am in the morning! Just another 5 mins walk towards the train station you can find Migros & Denner for last shopping before heading to Airport. Highly recommended! :)

Close to train station”
Just 5mins walk from train station. There is a small supermarket close by, a few big ones about 10mins away. The airport is close by but it will be far if you wish to walk by foot to the airport. The hotel offers shuttle bus to the airport at a very good rates. Check in was smooth. However, the staff was not able to understand my queries and I gave up trying to explain to her. Room is big and spacious. Bed is comfy. Nothing to complain about the room.

Free shuttle from airport to hotel and small fee free hotel to airport. Location next to kloten train station and opposite supermarket. Can reach ZRH within 5-7 minutes..quite and peace surrounding..

The best hotel if only the staff are friendly”
The staff were unfriendly but the building was new and clean. It is convenient because it is near from station, and it takes 15 minutes by train to central station. It was nice to have a shuttle bus to the airport.

Modern and neat”
Just a reminder that this hotel has no air-conditioning. This might be a deciding factor during the summer. But we came during the cool months so we didn't need it. This has a very modern look and very clean. The rooms are delightfully spacious. Plus a fantastic breakfast buffet!

Spacious room - very clean”
I consider it a good location for our specific need which was to get a good night's rest close to the airport prior to flying out of Zurich the next day on a very early flight since we didn't want to go straight from Lucerne. The hotel is right next to a train station so if your flight is not super early, this is a good way to get to the airport. But our flight was too early, so we had to walk about a quarter-mile with our luggage to get to the bus stop. If you plan to spend a few days exploring Zurich, the train ride from this hotel is over 30 minutes if I'm not mistaken. Check Rome2Rio. Please note that the hotel does not have an air conditioner. We were there in early June and we were told by the staff that there is no A/C in Switzerland...lol. I try to do my research prior to visiting a new place but I missed that information so I'm sharing it with you. There were 2 fans inside the hotel room and there's a big window that we were able to open.

Near hotel but not accessible by public transport, quiet location, newly refurbished room”
Even though the hotel is near the airport it is not directly connected via public transport. Hotel does not provide airport shuttle but the concierge helped to book taxi. Check in process was smooth. Room is a little cramped for three but the beds are comfortable and the toilet is pleasant.

I booked this because I needed an apartment for my family (my wife and my baby). When I booked, they published that they have a dryer. However, when I checked in I found out that the dryer is in the cleaners room in ground floor. My room was 502, which was in 5th floor. Ouch! Also they told me to empty the bins. Hence, I had to bring down my garbage all the way to the ground floor to dump in to a bigger garbage bin (I might have breached my visa condition where I have no right to work as a visitor). They do not even provide laundry powder for the washing machine and I had to buy them. No water bottles, espresso capsules and sugar on daily basis. The washing machine instructions are in italian, no English. There was a lady, who stopped me putting my clothes in to the dryer saying that the cleaners room is prohibited for visitors and I have no right to use the dryer. I explained and showed her the advert which demonstrated the dryer. They provide false information.

Buon servizio bus navetta tra aeroporto Zurigo-Kloten e Hotel. Il personale della ricezione è molto gentile, le camere sono semplici ma c'è tutto il necessario e sono pulite.I servizi in camera sono di buon livello: Wc separato dal lavabo da una porta a vetri e anche la doccia. Punto negativo: La colazione con pacchetto Agoda è molto ridotta e servita su un banco separato rispetto a quella offerta agli altri clienti.
