Absolute Gem”
We stayed at Comfort Twin Room for 6 nights. Hotel facade is old however rooms has been refurbished tastefully. Clean and comfortable room, great helpful friendly staff especially Jurg. Breakfast spread was pretty basic but good. Location is also great! It’s a small town, every where you wanted to be like retail shops and restaurants are walkable to. We walked the entire town, although we were provided with 2 bus tickets to travel within the same zone. Interesting and beautiful waterfall at Beatenbucht which is still within the zone that is complimentary on the bus ride. We bought a bus ride towards the other end of Lake Thurnesee, stop at Thun. It’s a great old town with lots more retail shoppings and eateries if you like something more than there are in Interlaken itself.

Highly recommended hotel”
Hotel was only 6 mins walk fm Interlaken West Stn. Easy to find and easy check in. Everything was clean and perfect. Too bad we couldn’t enjoy sipping our coffee at the pretty balcony cos the weatherr was wet n cold. Apartment would be perfect for 2,..fits 3 with the sofa bed. Great location too as we could walk to the Old n New towns easily. Highly recommended!

We took a river view room and loved every bit of it. The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff super helpful. More importantly, the hotel is a few minutes walk from the main station - so thats a huge deal. You have a supermarket right outside the hotel and a dozen restaurants a few hundred meters away. In all - highly recommended.

Wonderful Hotel ”
Bellevue couldn’t have had a better location, it’s right on the water in Interlaken. The view from my balcony was spectacular. The staff and owner were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s absolutely lovely.

Interlaken during winter is pretty expensive and this was reasonably priced. From the exterior, the hotel is old but overlooks a stunning river from the balcony. However, on the inside of the room, even though the wall is pretty old, the rooms are kept in pristine condition. The toilet was very clean as well. Breakfast was simple and good. Unexpectedly, this was my best hotel through my entire trip!

Located right by the river with balconies overlooking the garden and river. Good breakfast buffet that is constantly refilled.

Expensive hotel with excellent breakfast”
The breakfast dining hall, the food selection, and the staff is excellent! Most of the reception staff are also very friendly and helpful, except for one female staff in a black suit. I hurt my foot accidentally and asked for ice/ice pad at the reception. She asked me to go back to my room to pick up a plastic bag so that she could reuse the bag. I understood reusing the plastic bag is eco-friendly but I explained to her that I was in pain and would be hard to walk back and forth. She then gave the ice to me with a very unpleasant attitude, as if I were so uneducated and unreasonable that I couldn't understand the importance of recycling. I was surprised since I thought the staff would have the basic sympathy to help people in pain and in need, especially this is a 4-star hotel. Later as a separate incidence, I saw her yell at some other house keeping staff. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope this staff was just not in the right mood that day.
