L'hotel ha grandi potenzialità, la posizione è molto comoda e anche la struttura bella, purtroppo è tutto transandato e la pulizia pessima. Basterebbe poco per migliorare.

Best value for money in sweet Amsterdam neighborhood”
Our stay was perfect. The double room is a little bit small but perfectly fine if you are only staying in the room for sleeping. The bed was big and comfy. They also have a balcony that you can use to chill and smoke with a nice view. The staff was always helpful. Recommendation for Amsterdam trips up to one week. For longer the normal double room may be too small. Also the stairs are not any problem at all if you can walk stairs in your daily life ;)

When you are lucky you pay very little. The rooms are basic but that is all you need anyway for a short stay. 2nd time I stayed here

The location is great and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and good, though there were no towels in the room but the staff were quick to bring. There is a room for improvement like adding a coffee stationary.

Other than being close to Anne Frank museum but my room was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. There was hair on the floor and the massives stairs that are very steep.

Dear Guest, You could report the problems to the reception desk and we would help you. The narrow and steep stairs are common for old houses in Amsterdam.
AWFUL! RAT IN THE HOTEL!”
ridiculous! there was a rat in my room at the midnight!! i cannot believe it! i heard the scuffling noise when i was asleep, i turned on the light, and a rat scuttled past! the window was unable to be opened, small bugs on the wall and on the bed sheet. I asked the staff to change room , he was friendly. but the i still cannot forgive the RAT!!

Try to choose hotels in new buildings, those are the safest and the cleanest. Yes it should be much expensive but it’s worth it.

Crazy stairs, and mouse in my room”
You need to be incredibly fit to climb the steep staircase to your room. After 1 day, a mouse appeared in my room. Staff were not bothered when I told them.

No kettle and towels”
My subject is only start my shocked reaction regarding this hotel. Asked for kettle or hot water the gentleman in reception suggested that I have to pay 0.50€ for cup of hot water. Next day I find out there is a kettle in the waiting room :( our room was way way away form one of the picture. Windows are broken. No fully close option. No hand wash fluid ( empty bottle) stinky and dirty place. We pay only 55£ but next time I will pay 20£ extra and have something better. Definitely not recommend.
