The location couldn't be more perfect for what we were looking for. Close to all the shopping on Ochard road and the lift that brought us to the MRT was awesome. Staff and hotel facilities were absolutely great too.

This is my second time staying at Jen. Location wise is perfect, near Orchard and just above the 313 Somerset. It also has its own MRT Station (Somerset) and easy to hail a cab/grab. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is above expectation, bed is really comfy and the facilities are quite complete. For sure I will stay here again if I visit Singapore.

Great location to get around and plenty of food and shopping choices. Easy and direct access to MRT. Cons would be the bed and pillows aren’t Comfortable and there is no hanging facility or hooks in the bath room which makes it inconvenient if you are sharing a room.

Great location just above Somerset MRT station, though had trouble trying to find the entrance to the hotel. They have a beautiful rooftop pool with great view. We would see fireworks from the National Day Parade rehearsals. They also have a robot that attends to your room services which is so adorable!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel esp the breakfast and the swimming pool. However, the room we stayed could be cleaner because we found dust and hair in the corner of the room near the bed. Having said that though, we would definitely come back again.

MRT station is in the same building, so it's very convenient for travellers with luggages. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed breakfast and dinner once only so that we can try other local food. Thus, buffet breakfast and dinner are valuable at S$35 and S$48 respectively. Good to try. Swimming pool is great! Different feelings and views at daytime and night time. Both excellent. We're staying at connecting rooms with little child. Due to late night flight at check out date, we requested to check out a bit later successfully. It was nice and recommended in concluded.

Poor Agoda Service but Good Hotel Service”
Had a terrible and shocking check in when I booked the Paranormal Room of 55msq, but I was given a 25msq room. The Duty Manager, Sylvester helped us greatly and explained paitiently about the situation. I was greatly upset at the wrong mapping by Agoda, to be given a Deluxe Club Room instead of Paranormal Club Room. Agoda tried to provide some but proven futile. The hotel help to source from the other hotel but was overbooked. Subsequently, we had little choice to settle for a connecting room instead of Paranormal room. The next shift Duty Manager, Elizabeth provided more clarification and assistance. Thanks Hotel Jen, Sylvester and Elizabeth for the help!

Very convenient for shopping and food. Below is the MRT station. Even though I don't smoke, it is nice to see that they have a special area dedicated to smokers. I like the snacks dispenser machine on each floor. The only thing I wasn't keen is having to change to another lift from the ground level and the room is freezing cold even when I switch off the aircon. Thank goodness for heatpack which I so happen to have in my luggage.

The pool is the perfect getaway. Location is exceptional; once down is already the MRT. It's at a mall with so many connections. The buffet was excellent with so many choices. There's also a variety of food at the food court and conveniently located within the building. Awesome!😊

The hotel is located in a very convenient location and easy to get around the city. The breakfast was good with a variety of selections. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative issue for me was the mattress. It was too soft and needed to be replaced.
