Peccato che la palestra fosse chiusa”
Camera piccola, ma pulita con arredamento moderno e di gusto. Buona colazione. Non sapevo bisognasse prenotare il parcheggio, per fortuna avevano ancora posto nel garage coperto sottostante (a pagamento). Stavano facendo dei lavori alla piscina, quindi anche la palestra non era disponibile per motivi di sicurezza (??)

Cleanliness was a big plus in times of Corona. Comfy beds and well equipped. Coffee/tea maker with free capsules and drinking water.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is amazing, you can walk everywhere in 5-10 mins. The air conditioning was the only downside - not enough impact & very loud. Hotel is old yet in very good shape. Could be a little more cleaner but still more than acceptable! I’d definitely stay again if I’m visiting.

In out double bed room the bed we’re awful. Very bad quality and old. Breakfast is nothing special , although is ok. Pool , people , cleaning snd localization were very good

The location was great, next to the river. Apart from 2 - the staff are not qualified at all for this job. they don't smile, not friendly. we had to think twice before asking for something. The room wasn't clean enough, the shower was broken - the shower door can't be closed and the water is dripping out. there is no fridge in the room. only 1 electric socket next to 1 bed which for couple room is not the standard you expect for. 4 stars hotel. even not a bottle of water. the reception shelf - called ''market'' but the prices were extremely high. a bottle of water cost 3 euros, the same one you can buy at the supermarket for 75 cents. the pool is big and nice, the gym is nice but only one machine for the workout, the others are only for cardio.

The hotel location is within 10m walk to the nearest metro which is very convenient. It is also within walking distance to many cafe, restaurants, and also to the cologne cathedral.

Great Cologne hotel !”
Another great stay at this hotel. This time we brought our dog and the hotel couldn’t have been more welcoming. Lovely modern, clean and comfortable hotel with great staff. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location plus a pool”
Very easy to find . Within 15 minutes walk from central station. One minute from the Rhine. In 2 days I used the pool 3 times - we were the only people. Room was big - 2 fully opening windows - road was a little noisy but then you are in a city . Very clean , comfy bed . Single use shower gel and soap - they did have refillable one in the pool area - so why not in the hotel rooms . Shower in the middle of the room , does have a thin curtain you can pull round - no problem for couple but was awkward for a mum and son trip . Staff friendly and helpful .

A quiet and refined hotel”
Perfect location - not too close to the busy and noisy old town streeets but within easy level walking of all the landmarks. Friendly staff and great swimming pool. Just perfect!
