I’m from M’sia. Stay for 1 night 24 May-25 May 2024 before taking train from Gubeng to Pasar Turi - Semarang. Pro: Location just walking distance to Surabaya Gubeng. Around 3-5 mnt. Easy to get grab & grab rate quite cheap.not far from Taman Prestasi Surabaya ( Taman Perahu Kalimas) Cons: dirty bedsheet & comforter obviously Can be seen by naked eyes Hair inside shower (black & long hair) and it’s not mine as my hair is grey. Shower water output came out so small so longer showering time taken. Provided: 2 bar soap, 2 sets toothbrush & tootpaste. 2 water bottle, mug (got stain inside), Kettle and hairdryer. Got large mirror inside the room. Tv channel got a few selection. Quiet at night till morning even beside main road. I’ve stay in room 322,my mom & kids stay at 312 both level 3, so not sure about the noise level for other room. Only once in a while if train will stop / pass by they will be honking. So you will heard the train honking from far. As i remember i’ve heard 2-3 honking sound. Price: not compatible with the cleanlines and toilet & shower facility. But for distance to train station, yes it worth it. Luckily no bed bug. Please buy & bring your own disposable bed sheet & comforter set for ur peace of mind

Gatau kenapa di platform ini harganya lebih murah daripada booking di tempat 400rb-an di table print reception 1. Selimut ada bekas darah orang lain 2. Pojok2 Toilet banyak rambut jembut orang lain dan ada genangan air 3. Tembok lembab dan dempulan 4. Handle pintu wc sudah jebol 5. Tidak tersedia sandal hotel 6. Kit Kamar Mandi cuman tersedia 1 Orang padahal pesan 2 orang 7. Ac Bocor 8. TV Jadul dan sudah Burn in 9. Property banyak yang keropos Mending sewa Reddoors atau Oyo yang lebih bersih daripada menikmati hotel gedung murah by app yang kotor dan serba bayar kalo ada kehilangan dan jelas di print di meja Nilai Plus tempatnya tengah kota dan murah di kelasnya order via app ini cuman banyak yang di korbankan Ada pelayan buka pintu hotel sehingga terkesan ramah namun tidak dengan reception perempuan jaga malam yang terkesan sinis

We stayed just for a night on a quick visit to Surabaya. Located near old gubeng train station. Arrived at midnight, welcomed nicely by the staff. Requested extra bed for IDR 100k. The room was hot. Air conditioner took forever to cool down the room. Bed linen was damp, pillows was dusty and bit smelly. Sink faucet and bath shower flow were poor, although hot water was good. They didn't provide coffee/tea amenities, just mineral water. Seems like poor maintenance. If you just stay for transit overnight then it's forgivable.

Pesan kamarnya deluxe room diganti yang standart room, padahal sudah dibayar. Malah dikasih ke orang lain, harus nunggu hari berikutnya. Seharusnya ada konfirmasi, apalagi ini nggak bisa refund. Nggak memuaskan banget pelayanannya.
