Esperienza super nella Club Executive Suite King!”

VIP check in nella executive lounge al 23° piano, si nota subito la professionalità e servizio dello staff sin dalla lounge al piano terra. La stessa lounge offriva aperitivo del tutto complementary. Camera fantastica, situata al 14° piano, esposta su 3 lati con ambienti molto vivibili e curati nei minimi dettagli; presenti 2 bagni con wc giapponese, fantastico! Il bagno più grande ha una vasca da bagno che affaccia su una grande finestra dove ci si può godere un bellissimo panorama sulla città, anche la sera dominata da luci di ogni tipo. Dolce rientro con box di cioccolatini trovati sul letto :) colazione abbondante con la possibilità di trovare pietanze di diverse cucine, dai dolci ai primi o secondi piatti! Davvero consigliato!

Hotel con una classe di altri tempi”

Cura nipponica in ogni suo particolare. Ben posizionato rispetta le aspettative. Tutto molto curato e pulito. Dalla nostra camera una vista mozzafiato. Colazione ottima e per tutti i gusti. Il miglior buffet da quando siamo in Vietnam. Unica nota negativa i prezzi esagerati e fuori mercato semmai doveste organizzare un tour o un trasferimento.

Due notti e tre giorni in una struttura estremamente curata in ogni particolare. Le stanze ampie e silenziosissime, arredate in manera davvero piacevole. Massimo confort. Una vera sorpresa, piacevole e molto, molto gradita. L'organizzazione dell'hotel è curata in ogni suo particolare. Nessuna pecca.

Design giapponese curato nei minimi particolari. Piacevole, molto confortevole e comodo, stanza e bagno grandi come ️un mini alloggio, accessoriati nei minimi particolari, magnifica vista sulla citta' , piscina spaziale agevole a tutti, vasca illuminata dall'imbrunire. Personale attentissimo e gentile Assolutamente consigliato. Solo un po' distante dal centro ma il costo dei taxi e' abbordabile a tutti e c'e ️un servizio Shuttle bus dell'albergo con orari prestabiliti per 4/5 luoghi d'interesse in centro. Perfetto.

Great hotel”

As a family we loved everything from this hotel. We were kindly upgraded and on top floor like I had requested. Everything was done to make us happy. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel offered us a mini delicious cake (by the way, their patissier is great!). The food was very good and portions were big (we ordered twice room service). Facilities were amazing and very clean. The spa is great and a beautiful swimming pool. Personnel very attentive and kind (this is a Vietnamese quality as well). We highly recommend and will definitely go back when in Saigon. Many thanks to Nikko Saigon you made our stay so comfortable!

Happy..contented..the dinner buffet is absolutely fantastic! The staff from resto to customer service staff are very accomodating and very friendly to tourist/ visitors like us.No regrets at all!! Its one of the best hotel ever😎😎hoping to comeback very soon..the room is huge & clean. We stayed at de luxe king room with city view.. its very near to Ben thanh market ..we even walk from hotel up to Notre dam Cathedral.🤣🤣its too far actually but its challenging everytime we cross the street..tou need to be very observant..a lot of motors..as in a lot of it!! Its really fun.the food ..the people..everthing is fun!

Great hotel with excellent service”

We stayed in one of their suite it has 2 queen beds which can sleep 4 people comfortably. The suite is spacious with separate living room. The staff at the hotel very attentive and always offer to help. Sumptuous Breakfast with huge variety and different every day. The seafood dinner buffet is a must try. We got access to club lounge but never went there. Location is good as Hotel connected to a mall with food court. Overall a really good place to stay in Saigon.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a lot of help from Phong Nguyen and his concierge team. They helped us book all sorts of activites, and made sure we had a very pleasant stay in Ho Chi Minh City. It’s not often I take time for writing reviews, but this hotel has really earned a good review.

One of the most comfortable and premium hotel stay. Friendly & helpful staffs around to assist the guests. This hotel will always be on top of my list when it comes to staying near district 1. Icing on the cake to a wonderful trip in HCM! Love it and thank you very much Nikko!

Oasis in the chaos of Ho Chi Min city”

This hotel is amazing and deserves all of the credit it receives. We unfortunately only spent one night here but were so impressed we wish we had stayed here the whole time. It’s so hard to trust reviews online but this hotel is so worth it. Other hotels on Agoda say they are 5 star but aren’t even close by Australian standards, every moment at Nikko Saigon felt 5 star. We had a late flight in and checked in at midnight, everything was seamless. I hope this helps you guide your decision when you are picking a hotel as we picked a couple of duds before Nikko. Safe travels.

Great hotel, very comfortable, very good staff and pool.”

Really enjoyed my stay here, very handy for main areas, good food, beer and lovely rooms. Spa was amazing! Pool, fitness, sauna/steam room facilities also great and haven't got anything negative to say about the hotel.

One of the best hotels I have been in Ho Chi Minh. Excellent room condition with excellent staff, clean hotel, good location, nothing bad to say about this hotel. Will recommend to anyone I know.

Great hospitality”

Great hospitality. Love the breakfast buffet, so many to choose from. The room is very clean and the bed is really comfortable. Received chocolates for the nights stayed as turn-down service.

Welcoming but also humble ”

This place was amazing from the moment we stepped in. Everyone is there to help you as soon as you walk in. The room was very spacious and the view amazing. It’s a great location only a few mins away from the chaos of the party street. I had an issue with the AC as it was not cooling cold enough but once simple call to the front desk and it was fixed within an hour.

A great place for an end of trip treat”

It said 5 start … and it totally lived up to the billing ! Booked a Club executive room ( that gave access to the Club Lounge on 23rd Floor ) and was upgraded to a fantastic King Deluxe ( separate lounge / bedroom / bathroom ) on 17th Floor. Super bed and quiet for a great nights sleep Club Lounge - a lovely extra. Checked in here and while our bags were sorted ( for the upgraded room ) we went for afternoon tea with views out across the city. Popped down for the evening drinks to find not only beer / wines / spirits but a collection of hot snacks. Breakfast in the main dining room was just never ending … you name it they had it. Several cook stations for eggs / pho / pancakes / Japanese and then every other kind of fruit / bread / cake...... Finally, used the Spa which had excellent facilities and petite ladies with powerful hands … so good. The area around the pool was very relaxing and the staff throughout were excellent Treat yourself

Still good value”

I stayed at this hotel exactly 6 years ago. Then it cost around £30-£35 per night . Today it is three time that - however in terms of services provided and general all round comfort it remains good value.
