Friendly staff, from the doorman, receptionists and the restaurant staffs. I was impressed that the hotel was very responsive in fulfilling my request. I request a non smoking floor. However the type of my room were in the smoking floor. The hotel staff contact me personally and provide me some alternatives. The room was huge and the food in the restaurant was great. They provide a lot of traditional cuisines. I always book this hotel when I visit Yogya. I always miss the smell of lemongrass in the hotel lobby, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the hotel staff

The best hotel... Excellent service. The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. Room was superb, very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Wide variety of buffet breakfast. And that makes this hotel more the best. My daughter left her handphone at Tentrem, and the hotel team help us for storing and sending the handphone to our residence in Tangerang Selatan. Thank you so much. You have excellent team. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Take a long time to check in and my room wasn't ready yet, but they gave complementary welcome drink. The room is very amazing clean, so make us comfort in this pandemic situation. The pool also clean. Room service dinner is so quickly and delicious too. The Breakfast is amazing delicious and so many variant menu. This is what i called 5star breakfast. The hotel room is clean and they give you free minibar. Staffs are polite, nice and helpful. You can enjoy your welcome drink in the pool side or their cafe. The pool floor is very pretty. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variant and most of them are delicious. There's outdoor section if you're worried to eat indoor. There's also kids playroom that you can access on friday, saturday and sunday.

We ordered room service soon after for our late dinner and happy the quality and taste of food were excellent. They have wide varieties of breakfast buffet but the BEST HIGHLIGHT of all was on our 3rd day. One of their staff noticed that i was not eating, came forward to offer us if their chef could make us something that is not on the buffet! I didn't have appetite in the morning but changed my mind immediately. We would like to extend our thanks to Mr Endri Permana Momongan - Director of food and beverage and Team for the memorable and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Upon checking out I forgot the parking ticket was with me while my husband collect the car. Their reception quickly initiative to contact the guard at parking to inform the situation. We would definitely love to come back to this hotel and all other Tentrems Experience.

All time favorite hotel in Yogya”
Tentrem has always been my favorite hotel to stay whenever I visit Yogyakarta. On this visit, the hotel is fully booked, but the staffs still manage it pretty good. I came at 15.30, it's half an hour late from the check in time and I still have to wait for an hour for my room. The staff asked me to wait in the lounge or by the pool area while enjoying the welcome drink. The breakfast area was quite packed, but I never have to queue to get a table. The staffs were helpful and friendly as always. Keep up the good service!

Its my second time spend new year with family but i bring two of my nephew which is 1 and 2 years old and hotel tentrem make them so happy cause they have kids playground, great pool, lots of activities, choices of food, and comfy bed also i love the detail that they put at the sheets, very clean.. Really enjoy staying at this hotel. Book suite with lounge facilities. First we cant check in on time because the room wasnt ready. They promise 45 min will give us information. Exactly 45 min they came to us apologize for the delayed and put us on the exec lounge for another 20 min. The service at lounge was perfect. The staff name Erfan remember what my kids fav. Pool was ok but didnt enjoy it coz many people swim. Please concern about the food. The fried rice was plain and omlette a bit dry Overall really enjoy the room and especially great staff.

As the name implies, this hotel offers a peace of mind. Best view to Mt Merapi (so magnificent). I had correctly chosen this hotel to finish some papers. The condition, situation, cleanliness etc are almost perfect, so I could spend my time to do my work with no distraction.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at Tentrem. The rooms are large and spotless. Staff was extremely warm and professional. My personal favourite was the spa and sauna facilities with the jacuzzi and plunge pool. 1 thing that could be improved though is the way ordering room service work. They direct us to order through whatsapp but response was very slow and inconsistent. Sometimes they don't respond at all so there's no way of knowing whether the order has been confirmed. Overall I would definitely make Tentrem my go-to hotel in Yogyakarta. Def would recommend!

Early in 2021, we chose Yogyakarta as the main destination for a vacation with family and Hotel Tentrem as our choice during a stopover in Yogyakarta, with the current pandemic situation Tentrem has strictly followed health protocols. starting from arrival, during stay at the hotel and after leaving the hotel. The hotel location is very attractive surrounded by a variety of traditional foods as well as a variety of good and interesting tourist locations. That was amazing journey to get back to this hotel again after 3 years ago. Still clean and tidy room. But, We have to pay breakfast for my child (12 years old).. Hopefully, the hotel give a consideration breakfast for kids free under 15 years old, not 12.y.o. Keep in Success!!

The hotel feels luxurious and rich in Indonesian heritage. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. They provide us with lots of free beverages and fresh fruits everyday. The breakfast selections menu are plenty, ranging from Indonesian traditional dishes, Japanese, Chinese and Western dishes and delicacies. Pretty huge indoor playgrounds for kids that open from 8am-9pm; which are great if you are traveling with children. Definitely will stay here again if I ever visit Yogyakarta.
