Eccezionale”
The hotel is centrally located in the upbeat neighborhood of Hongdae. It's fairly close to Hongik University Station, and plenty of connections via public transport to other areas of Seoul, including Incheon Int'l Airport. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, there were English speaking staff available for those who don't speak Korean. As for the room, the view was a wonderful view of Seoul looking towards the Han River. Very specious, and with a very nice extra-large tub next to the window for all you aesthetic fans. The bed was comfortable and clean linens and towels. Standard amenities also available. Enjoyed my stay!

Classy spot in Hongdae”
This place is nice, I love the location and I’ve stayed here twice. I like the rooms, the bath is great. Bed is a little hard as I have found all Korean hotel beds. Not a big deal.

Definitely designed to be a lover's room as the bathtub took up half the room, but we had not enough space to open our luggage. But everything was clean and service was great, bed was very comfortable.

I got stuck on the elevator and had to pry to the door open to get out and a week later my friends who also stayed there said they were stuck as well.

I like the place alot and it's close to Hongdae i can walk just few mins. and i like the staff all nice to me. and i would stay here again if i go back to Korea.

Have early check in and late check out available . Have area to store luggage until room is ready . Have phone chargers to borrow ! Nice and friendly front desk. Good area for walking

I don't hate this hotel. However, I wasn't happy with it. It is, absolutely, better than some places I've stayed at. However, the name and price leave you with higher expectations. They failed to meet those. Hotel the Designers is one of my favorite brands. I've stayed in several. I've known it to be both affordable and beautiful. However, the room I received was tiny, the bathroom was dark, the room was wide open when I came in, there were stains on the blanket. I only received information in Hangul. I wouldn't care but the location is right next to the University and you can tell they get many English speaking foreigners. When I went to raise my concerns, I was the first and only person at the desk. When others walked up, they began to address them while I was mid-sentence. I was addressed after a couple of minutes. They were kind but it was frustrating from the moment I saw my room door open to everyone. I couldn't shower because I, literally, couldn't see if the shower/tub was clean since the bathroom was dark. My reservation included breakfast. They didn't tell me about breakfast and when I tried to communicate with the staff, they couldn't help me. Breakfast ended and I, still, don't know the hours for breakfast. Again, this isn't the worst hotel. If I had to, I'd get it again before I chose places like Bobo (most disgusting hotel I've ever booked) next door. I really expected better from this hotel based on the name alone. I deserved better for the price of the room.

Nice location, perfect for couple”
The hotel is right in front of the subway, there is 7-11 right in front. We are in Suited Room, v nice but it's for couple. There is no door for the bath. That's so strange for me who travelled with friend.

Very comfortable”
I stayed in a standard double for 1 night, it was very comfortable and had a bath which was nice. Great location, close to Hapjeong Station. I'd definitely recommend for a short term stay.
