We have just have spent one of our best vacation experience in an European city … viu is super attractive place for an relaxing city experience hotel .. stuff is helpful .. although I would recommend to waive off the 40euro per night parking rate .. 5/5 star hotel

Steal in the City”
I can't say anything bad about this hotel! It might be located a bit out of the heart of Milano, but with the tram it takes around 10-15min to get to the Duomo. With around 10 Min walking you get to a cute restaurant neighbourhood - all perfect If you need Restaurant recommendation ask Giacomo, he was lovely and helped us alot! thanks to everyone for this stay

Great Hotel, very new and modern. Really friendly staff, never experienced so friendly, positive and happy employes in a hotel. Bet‘s were so comfortable and also the breaksfast was fantastic. Location is in chinatown but still very central. You just need 15 min with the tram to the dom and arround 20 min to the central railstation. Look forward to stay there again

My wife and I had a pleasent stay at the Hotel VIU. The staff was wonderful. The room is nice. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located on a small street. So the road noise was minimal. Location is a tad bit off the beaten path. The duomo is about 3.5 kms and the central station is about 3 kms away

Very well designed hotel”
If you are looking for a stylish and elegant hotel with great design and premium materials, this is the right place to go. The staff is excellent, always ready to help with any request you might have. Roof top is high enough to overlook all buildings around, the swimming is small but offers a lovely refreshment. Although part of Marriott/Bonvoy Group, since 2018 Design Hotels dont need to follow Best Rate Guarantee so Agoda is a great place where to book it.

High Quality Offering”
Excellent quality of accommodation, 5 star staff and experience. Arrived off an overnight flight and were able to find me a room right away which was great. Roof top is pretty special for a drink before heading into the city for dinner. Around a 20/30min to the Duomo via the Park which is a pleasant walk and great for a morning run.

Area is on the up and hotel is really stylish. All the staff are excellent from reception to Bulk to room service. Design aesthetic is perfect.

Very Helpful”
We lost a passport in a taxi and the staff was completly helpful helping us to find it. We got 10 minutes before our flight because they were able to arrange it by making all necessary calls with the taxi station. We are really thankful.

I’m not satisfied with their policy “holding 400 euros” it has been 14 working days since I checked out, and they did not give me back MY MONEY. It will be the last time staying at this hotel

Small but clean room. Stylish but mini rooftop pool. Not a benchmark for a 5* hotel. Staff was helpful.

Best Value for Money”
There is no doubt, this is the best value for money in Milano - very nice hotel with pretty and clean rooms. But yes, it's a bit far off - but with Lime Scooters or even the tram it takes a couple of minutes towards the center. Real blessing, been there now 3 times and will come again.
