Good value for money”
The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is New and in a good location. From the hotel, we just walked going to the landmarks. It was really good value for money. They also arranged airport transfers for us which aren't also very expensive. Better that you ask the hotel for pick up transfer from the airport because you might not be able to find it easily.

Had a lovely stay at Hyen hotel. Hotel is newly furnished, clean, and minimalistic. Very affordable and convenient. Location is very good as it is walking distance to the attractions nearby. Hotel staffs was warm and friendly as well - I will definitely choose my stay with Hyen again for my next visit! :)

New Modern Hotel !”
Location is convenient and the room is clean. Walking distance to Ben Tanh Market and nearby popular attractions. Price is also reasonable. It was very good and we enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay but the window is dangerous”
The window should have railings to prevent people from following. Toilet needs improvement, water pressure not strong and takes very long for water to heat up. Using bathtub outside will cause a flood in the toilet when draining out the water from bathtub. If those things are improved, its a excellent place to stay!

A lovely place to stay in the heart of HCMC with lots of great places to eat right on the doorstep. The room is spacious and has a nice design. The staff, particularly the receptionists, were all really kind and helpful, and really made Hyen hotel a great place to stay at.

Great room & spa”
Room and spa were wonderful! Very nicely appointed and new. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Actually breakfast consisted of some bananas, a few finger pastries, some bread, peanut butter & jelly, and little bahn mi bite sandwiches. There was only tea and coffee to drink. All food was enough to feed a family of four if you liked a carb heavy breakfast with kids who were not picky. I went to the spa at least once every day of my visit. The prices and service are great. However, a noise barrier needs to be installed from the stairs of the hotel as you could hear workers going about their daily chores. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would encourage management to take breakfast off the list of amenities as I believe the value would be perceived higher without the subpar breakfast inclusion.

Room is great for one person and location is very convenient”
I loved staying at this hotel because the guy at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The room is clean enough but the bathroom might be small for those not used to it. (I lived in HK so I'm totally fine with it) I could walk and explore the city and there's a yummy banh mi store at the corner of my street. I think it's a great room for solo traveler who doesn't need the frills of a proper hotel.

What a huge room for 2!!! We had 2 queen beds all to ourselves on top of that, the room is spacious enough. Despite the basic breakfast, hotel personnel set aside halal bread for us. Value for $, location to Benh Thanh is 10 mins. Conveniently satisfying. Was greeted warmly and definitely coming back!!!! ❤️

Huge room in an amazing location”
This was a huge room with a comfy bed, great AC, fantastic light, and a bath tub in the room. Just plain decadent. :And it's very, very close to some of the best banh mi in Vietnam. As others have mentioned, the shower and toilet are basically in the same space, which can be a bit of a cultural and ergonomic leap for a Westerner. If it's just too awkward for you, this hotel won't be the right fit. But, otherwise, it's really an exceptional space. Also, be aware that there's an in-room safe for valuables, but it's not really big enough for a laptop. So, if you need extra security for your electronics, you might want to reach out to the hotel ahead of time to see if there's anything more they can do. Staff is sitting at the front door all day, though, so I felt plenty safe. Personally, I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent location at affordable prices”
The place being newly renovated was very clean and the location was very prime. Ben thamh and many shopping and eating locations were all within 10 mins walk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. Staff's English is limited. Breakfast selection was small but tasty .However, hot water for bathing was non existing even with my family staying in floors 4,5 and 6. WiFi was extremely sketchy as well so it's better that you get a WiFi router or use data for roaming. Overall very value for money, especially for the price that we are paying and the cleanliness.

Very Clean, Comfortable, Spacious”
Very spacious rooms with 2 queen beds, each bed is big enough for 2 persons. Rooms, beds and bathrooms are very clean, no smell. Breakfast was good. We got discounted price. Value for money. Recommend it. (Note- We had foot massage but some were not skilled, talking on the phone while serving and yet keep asking for tips.)

Pros: Cheap, good location, and cleanliness. Room size is fairly good. They have a massage/spa with one masseuse; good massage; helpful staff Cons: Terrible breakfast, hardly there is anything to eat for a vegetarian; they don’t allow you late checkout; charged me extra money for one hour late checkout; good staff but they speak poor English
