Niente di speciale. Letto scomodo. Troppo caldo in camera. Ho dovuto pagare di nuovo la tassa di soggiorno, nonostante in fare di prenotazione on line con il portale Agoda, fosse specificato tasse incluse.

Great stay and easily our favorite hotel good value for money in Luzern”
Staff were all helpful friendly, Easy check-in in their lobby, and their cafe/breakfast are is also located in the foyer, Clean, Spacious and Hip room, comfortable bed with huge window for fresh air with city view. Bathroom was also spacious and has everything we need. Bathroom was clean and no leaks from shower, love the multipurpose shampoo/soap BTW. Breakfast has lots to choose from, very much satisfied. WiFi was working great and very fast. Mini Cafe has refreshments and stuff open 24/7 reception. Reception has free coffee 24/7. Excellent location as we didn't even need the bus/train ticket our whole stay there. Near lots of shops, and even the attractions nearby are within walking distance. This was the best room we have ever slept in our whole stay in EU in par with Pullman in Brussels. Really great value for money. The only negative is Elevator has a burnt plastic smell. Overall great stay

Pros: substantial breakfast, very clean, safe, well located, friendly staff, comfy bed, very quiet Cons: no body soap in shower only at sink, be careful with slippery bath floor, very hot water in shower Neutral: 13 m to train, 10 to old City, good location for me for the price

Found this hotel to be completely good, giving a lot for the money. Only downside for me was the breakfast, I personally would like to have more to chose from, but this might be due to ongoing pandemic. All in all I'm satisfied that they actually did have a breakfast. They were all very helpful and did their outmost to help in every question we may have had.

Value for Money, Conveniently located”
Room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shops within walking steps from hotel. Oldtown is also wihin walking distance from hotel.

Location is a bit far from The Central station but we can take tram. They provided us with Lucerne visitor card so we can get free transport around the town. Room is rather small, especially the bathroom. They are so kind to give us extra bed seeing we are having little girl with us. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is standard but good enough. Overall it’s a good stay.

The hotel provided us a 2 day pass for the public transport which is very thoughtful even we have already bought our Swiss travel pass. The location is walking distance to the train station and sightseeing. Also bus stands is within the hotel and just 100-200m away.

I stayed 3 nights but unfortunately 1st room which they gave my its disaster. Water leaking in washroom, you can not lock the door even. Then i talked to staff 2,3 times then they changed and the other was good and other all servies was okay.

Hotel close to train station”
The room it self is comfortable, however the walls were thin so we could hear noises from other rooms. However the staffs are friendly. and the breakfast was good.

This hotel is within walking distance from the Lucern main station. It has in its neighbourhood, many shops and eateries. The lake nearby is crowded with people on weekends. The good quality breakfast being served is appreciated. The country is neat and tidy. The transport system serves travelling needs well. The Swiss standard in my mind is tarnished by the cold persona demonstrated by the locals. Why are the people in black faces all day round? The body language suggests they don't seem to like their counterparts too. If you have the Asian looks, you feel the initial scene of 'Crazy Rich Asians' played right before your eyes. The high cost of living is exhibited everywhere, to the extent of paying at least 1 swiss franc to use the toilet! Will I visit Switzerland again? If you are perceived not to be welcome as a foreigner, will you make a second trip next time?

The location is good, walkable from Lucerne Stn. By bus 1 or 19 its only 3/4 stops. There aren't any amenities so if you are staying here do bring your own! Some of the rooms are old while some are newly renovated. The bed is really bad, no spring support.
