Excellent hotel that really goes out of their way to do everything possible for you”
We stayed here twice as we flew in and out of SGN. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is great, and they have an afternoon tea included as well. There are always extra snacks and lemongrass water in the lobby. The pool is really nice too. What really sets them apart from other places is the service. At checking in there was no dilly dallying, just what was needed so we could get to our room. They were so nice and let us check out as late as they could accommodate for free so our daughter could nap before our flights. They knew me by name and knew when I’d be coming back, as if they were really studying their guests, so they could offer more of a personal concierge service, reading between the lines and proactively asking questions like did I want to leave bags in between our visits and suggesting transport options and times to the airport. They were really looking out for us. You won’t get that at any of the big name 5 star hotels, and it made our stay so much more comfortable than other hotels.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Staff and Service were Top-Grade! Ms. Ling and the few other Front Office staff were English-Speaking and helpful. Room was always kept clean and neat. On my last night of stay, there was a small little incident where the whole floor air-conditioner went faulty. Ms. Ling was amazing. She and the boss of the hotel reacted swiftly and professionally even though it took a bit of time for the issue to be resolved. This is the kind of hotel you want to stay in where problems are solved. Bed with very nice cotton. Love it! Had many good night sleeps! Breakfast was excellent! Best I have had in Ho Chi Minh. Try for yourself. There was a daily tea-time treat everyday. That was unexpected but very much welcomed! The hotel boss is always inspecting unassumingly. He is the unassuming smiling Vietnamese gentleman whom you might run into daily. Thank you Ms. Ling for the kind help and service throughout my one week stay. (Rm 504 guest)

This hotel just overwrite my “best hotel in HCM” list. Definitely my best one now. It’s not the fancy or luxury hotel if you are looking for the 5 stars hotel. But it’s a great value. Room is clean, I booked the room with bath tub and the shower system is separated, so one of us took shower and the other enjoyed the hot tub at the same time. Hot water is always supplied, it’s very rare in HCM’ shoreline. Staff are lovely, breakfast is great. Swimming pool and gym are a bit tiny, but not many people came for these so it’s totally fine for us. We had a great morning gym&swim here. Would love to book this hotel again definitely.

Chic Design Hotel w/ Magnificent Downtown Location”
Located in the Heart of Saigon with Saigon Opera House in the neighborhood, lots of things to do just in walking distance: multinational restaurants nearby just like a Foodie Heaven; promenade around the Opera House or further to Nguyen Hue Walking Street to discover The Café Apartments; having a sighting cruise on the Saigon River. Back to the hotel: newly built w/ trendy interiors, everywhere is #InstagramSpots, esp. lovely Rooftop Infinity Pool to enjoy sunshine and Saigon Riverview. Moreover, the hearty breakfast buffet feeds the hungry morning stomachs. If you stay at the Icon Suite, you may enjoy a huge bathtub for total relaxation. Small Boutique packed with goodies”
Icon is a small boutique hotel with luxurious features in a very convenient, central location of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, close to tourist attractions and restaurants. Despite its size, it is jam-packed with goodies like a nice rooftop with a swimming pool and a bar. The breakfast was also high quality. Only thing to keep in mind is that some of the rooms do not have windows facing outside. In these rooms, the windows open up to the vents with open roof. But even these rooms has positive features like completely shutting off the hustle and bustle of busy HCMC traffic noise and city lights, which allows for good night's rest. I happened to actually enjoy the dark and quiet features of the room, especially since I was travelling with a jet lag.

Hidden Gem”
The ICon was a hidden Gem. It blended in with the surrounding buildings and you would easily bypass it which would have been a shame. Due to some travel changes I arrived very early and was very tired. I was greeted with smiles and a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. They took all my information and apologized that my room was not ready and wouldn't be until check out. I wandered out for breakfast and had to do a few things. I came back about 11:30am and luckily my room was ready. I had a front room with a balcony and the room was perfect. Everything was high quality and everything worked well. I never really figured out the room safe and someone had to come up a few times to open it up. All the staff was great, always smiling, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had enough variety and again a very helpful staff. There is nothing I would complain about with my stay and in fact it was one of my better overall hotel experiences. I recommend it , without hesitation.

Great introduction to Saigon”
Great little hotel, staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was small but sufficient. The included breakfast was good. This was my first trip to Saigon and I was happy I picked this hotel. Fun area to walk around, really enjoyed my time here. Would definitely stay here again!

Surrounded by quality restaurants and cafe to grab for your business trip. Unfortunately the 3nights were at the room on 2nd floor next to the under construction building started at 7:30 am , drilling then we requested to change to the other side of higher floor on our last night. Breakfast provides Asian food, fruit and herb drinks with good bread section. The chef at egg and noodle station is very kind with great services.☺️😍 He brought great food to cheer up the day!! Coffee is nice but always took time. Service is average, staffs are very helpful and patient. We didn’t use other facilities ie. gym, swimming pool (small for soaking not for swim), didn’t take tea time in the afternoon.

A great hotel”
The staff are helpful and hospitable. Everything is great except for the breakfast. There aren't many selections of food, but it was not a problem for me. Definitely will be staying here again for my next business trips to HCMC.

A fantastic room, with nice equipment at Icon Saigon. There is just one thing that could improve, we book the Signature Room which includes the minibar but there are only two bottles of water & coke in the minibar.

I visited the Saigon in Nov 2020 and booked this hotel for two nights. The hotel is in a very great location. It's near the Walking Street in 1st District, and easy to access various tourist attractions nearby. Though, it is quiet enough. The room is clean and the furniture looks brand new. I also like the overall design. The main tone is light pastel and white. The staff is very helpful, reactive and nice. They always support our request in a speedy manner. Breakfast is good. The menu is renewed, the food is fresh and tasty. However, the hotel is doing the renovation in the top floor. That's why the bar is being closed during this time.And the pool is dirty, though they do not prevent guest from swimming. The gym room is actually small and not many equipments. Another thing is the hotel lying between other high buildings, so the views will be limited from your window, even you have opted for outside view, and seems blocked to see more further.

Good service from Front desk . Rapidly check in and available to early check in. and served welcome drink. Good function in the room / USB port charge/ free all soft drink in refrigerator. Impression for afternoon tea , not only tea but also appetizer traditional food bar / bakery/ fruits. Recommended to stay here when come to Ho Chi Minh.
