I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel and I definitely plan on staying here again on my next trip. The staff is amazing and the quality of service as well as the overall hotel are as expected or even better. During my stay I did feel a bit out of place but the staff treated me as well as any other customer I definitely plan on booking a larger room because their suites are just breathtaking. I booked a deluxe double suite I loved everything about it from the view to the small details they incorporate for your everyday use. I stayed for a week and I must say I wish I stayed longer. This hotel is an experience all on it's own. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly. It’s absolutely perfect! The only thing that I had a problem with was the bed was too hard. It’s was a little uncomfortable. I would still recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Seoul.

Beautiful hotel with good facilities”
This hotel is decorated with beautiful antique style. We spend a night at the club deluxe room, club rounge provides descent finger food and wines. Also we could use Sauna. All the foods and Sauna and Room was satisfied. Highly recommand!!

Love the interior and design. Feels like you are in Europe. The fitness center was one of the best that I have seen in a hotel. The only problem I had was that the indoor pool cannot be used by minors. I took my daughter here to swim

I had the best memorable stay at imperial hotel. super comfortable with all the accommodating staff, clean and elegant rooms. basked at the grandeur of the Christmas decorations. really lives up to its reputable name. i will definitely stay in this hotel again when i come back to seoul. no regreta of staying here to explore gangnam district

The hotel give the air of grand hotel when you enter the door. Club lounge staff, service and offerings were excellent. Club rooms were clean, comfortable and luxurious. We enjoyed free breakfast, lunch snack and happy hour (simple supper and wine/beverage)

Delayed check-in was one downside, but overall quite satisfied with the facilities and services including breakfast. Good value for money for sure.

This is the 10th time I've stayed here and it met expectations as usual. Mike Chung at the front desk was a superstar. He not only was helpful and professional, but also helped us change rooms quickly and painlessly when ours was unsatisfactory. The breakfast buffet used to be exceptional, but I felt it was lacking this time around. Thefood was mediocre and the staff was unpleasant. All in all I'd recommend the Imperial Palace, but I may stay away from the breakfast. And if you are looking for a great staff member who speaks English very well please look for Mike Chung at the front desk.

this hotel sold too much home shopping tickets thanks to Covid19. it means that you will stay in crowds. Although I bought a room with club lounge. it was closed during Covid. pity.

the staffs at the lobby always give the exact location to the taxi drivers before i board them. hence i have no issue accessing to any part of Seoul. Room is always clean. It was a pleasant stay indeed.

Beautiful hotel”
The hotel is beautiful! It has lots of amenities: sauna, several restaurants (one that serves high tea), a driving range, an outdoor and indoor pool, very nice large gym that hosts several group classes, too. The best part was the driving range! Room service was delicious and the staff was very serviceable. The room could have been a bit cleaner, which I would have expected for a 5-star hotel, but it was large enough with a nice tub and rain shower head, and a large flat screen TV. We had a lovely time!
