Si sono organizzati davvero bene. Con un ristorante/pub sotto che offre dei piatti davvero unici come il panino da oltre 1 Kg con porzioni giganti, cibo cucinato bene, ottimo servizio ma non opprimente come si trova in alcuni ristoranti da 8 stelle che ti fanno sentire il fiato sul collo.

Ottimo posto super centrale per arrivare al centro di Como ed anche vicino la stazione per collegarti con Trenord dove vuoi Camera con doppi vetri molto silenziosa pulizia e accoglienza al top ci ritornerò di sicuro

Camera sobria ma a poco costo con grande televisore, bagno luminoso, grande specchio, doccia non piccola, gettito dell'acqua non forte dello spruzzino della doccia ma acqua calda, camera silenziosa con possibilità di fare buio per dormire. Parcheggio da trovare a pagamento o grande parcheggio pubblico non vicino, a massimo un quarto d'ora di cammino. Colazione solo verso il periodo estivo ma bar all'esterno.

Stanza di dimensioni contenute, ma confortevole pulita e silenziosa con bagno privato e TV. Qualche piano a piedi senza ascensore ma ottima per chi come me era in cerca di un letto economico per una notte. Tra l'altro l'albergo dispone di pub con servizio al tavolo per gli ospiti (...splendido in tempi di Covid!) che fa la pizza molto buona e non solo. Consigliatissimo

Incredible. Very friendly stuff. The place is perfectly located, a few meters from the lake. Sparkly clean, so the shared bathroom was not an issue, as it was very very clean. Rooms are good, with ac working well. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good, one of the best I have had in a hotel of this kind.

Clean but loud”
The windows are great at blocking external noise but you hear everything inside the guest house - talking in the halls, talking in the rooms, the shared bathroom next to my room so you hear the toilets used all night. People shower until midnight and start again at 6am. It was very clean and is in a great location. A welcome kettle and two towels per person. Very hard bed. No breakfast offered which they got rid of due to Covid crowding.

The location is great and a block off the lakefront. I had a single room which was clean and ready when I arrived. The front desk is not open in the early morning to checkout and return the key. I caught the first ferry to Bellagio at 0730. A little noisy due to shared space with other single room. Overall a good place.

Incredible value for money”
Had a wonderful stay. We only had a private economy room with a bunk bed and shared bathroom but it was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and simply but nicely decorated. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was incredible value for money and in terms of location it was hard to beat too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others too who are looking for simple yet affordable accommodation by Lake Como. Once again, I cannot emphasise enough how tidy and clean the accommodation was.

The only reason I would not recommend this hotel is the absence of a lift - and we were on the third floor and I have arthritis which makes climbing difficult. Otherwise it was excellent and so convenient for the town and lake.

Good location, nice clean rooms (smallish) helpful friendly staff close to the cable car and the ferry station. Lots of places to eat and close to the old Town. Generous breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Quaint hotel just off the harbor ”
Wonderful older hotel with great people. Very clean and accommodating g. Great resturant on property preparing really good food and served by great staff When we arrived we asked “what to see” and the proprietor drew us a map and planned our two days full of adventure and sights This gave us a chance to really slow down and enjoy the end of our three week travels Would come again and stay if we return to the lake region of Italy

Pros - Spotless shared bathroom and room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to train station, ferry and old town. Breakfast was included with the room and was fresh and consisted of many types of meats, cheese, fruits, vegetables, pizza, focaccia, breads and cereal . There was also coffee, tea, juice and milk. Cons - none!

Unbeatable location”
Staff is overall nice and helpful. Room in good condition (just that the sensor in the bathroom could not detect I was in the shower so I had a dark shower [:) Location is excellent especially those who plan to use the bus network for day trips out to the lake. The station is literally just outside of the hotel. Beware of heavy luggage. No lifts as expected. Bed is large but pillows are just average.
