La mattina ci ha accolto una ragazza gentilissima, dicendoci quale sarebbe stata la nostra stanza e spiegandoci un paio di cose. Torniamo nel pomeriggio per effettuare il check-in, troviamo un’altra ragazza: maleducata e scortese, ci accompagna nel palazzo di fronte e ci mostra la nostra camera, diversa da quella che ci era stata indicata la mattina stessa dalla sua collega. Un palazzo vecchio, non proprio ben tenuto. Nel bagno condiviso del secondo piano di sera/notte non si vedeva nulla, sebbene la luce fosse accesa. La porta della nostra camera non rimaneva chiusa, bastava una piccola spinta per aprirla. Una volta rientrate in stanza la sera, troviamo la televisione accesa e dato che non l’abbiamo nemmeno accesa prima di uscire, abbiamo subito pensato che qualcuno fosse entrato per accenderla. Uniche note positive: il posto è economico, ben pulito e vicino alla stazione centrale.

Ottima struttura per un appoggio a Milano per chi di passaggio per una notte. Non distante dalla stazione Centrale, in zona tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio. Colazione da migliorare.

Bagno comune molto sporco dalle 16 che siamo.arrivate mai pulito fino alle 10 del giorno dopo. Gli altri ospiti forse molto maleducati ma in tutte ste ore darci un occhio??Rotte le piastrelle vicino al wc pericolose come le prese elettriche scoperte. Materasso strausato abbiamo dormito malissimo x questo. Posizione ottima vicino alla metro e a stazione centrale. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolte è stato gentile. Ho.prenotato con uno.sconto del 60% quindi prezzo ok ma se era a prezzo pieno qualità/ prezzo inesistente e assurda.

Posizione a 200 metri da fermata Sondrio metro, il problema e' che a tutte le ore della notte un gran casino di gente maleducata che rientrava facendo le corse sulle scale in legno che passano vicino alle camere, o che bussava di continuo alla porta di ingresso parlando ad alta voce durante la notte,quindi di dormire non se ne parla!! Il posto sarebbe anche tranquillo come location ma la clientela non proprio.

ha potenzialità ma in questo momento ha un aria di essere un pò stato lasciato andare in autogestione. stanno cercando di fare qualcosa che probabilmente in un paese diverso dall italia potrebbe funzionare ma non mi convince, per esempio la colazione è random, qualche volta hai abbondanza qualche volta manca quasi l'essenziale. giudizio complessivamente ancora soddisfacente ma poco di più.

The staff was friendly and they have facility to store luggage at 2 euro each luggage. The room is spacious and clean. Heating works really well and the bathroom is good. Only negative is that wifi is slow and the common kitchen has no sink. Location is good as it is 3 minutes walk from Metro station and 12-15 minutes from Milan central train station.

Nice place close to railway station”
We stayed at the Villa just for one night, booked this variant because it really close to the main railway station. Villa has two buildings, we stayed at the second one - it has very colorful and nice hall. At the hall you'll find espresso machine and mini toasts to have a cup of coffee, and conditions to relax. It's a pity but the fridge freezes very bad. Also it was noisy cause some guests checked out at night or early in the morning and they banged the doors and their suitcases. There was a little bit dusty on the floor inside the room but it is summer and the windows are open. To tell the truth the room was good with wonderful bed and clean bed linen.Shared bathroom with toilet is rather good. The staff is very friendly - thank you guys for the hospitality!

Get yourself connected with internet to reach there. It is near metro station ‘ sandero’ or walking distance from central station(8minutes). Rooms are clean and price is very good.

Comfy milan stay”
A b&b, located in neighbourhood, close to metro station. Not too far from milan central station. Room was spacious, with clean shared toilet. Simple breakfast given. Had to call first before arriving so the staf will be there to handle your check in as they based in their main place

Everything was good as what I expected. The check in was very tricky. People need to find the office at another location. But we did not get the message by the error of email. The staff Flaviya was very helpful. We have waited forchecked in outside the property at night. She has came over to the property for us. It was appreciated.

Lady on arrival was very nice, but couldn’t get hold of anyone when needed. Bathroom had broken table , toilet seat , the lock temperamental and difficult to lock and unlock the door. Water wasn’t draining quickly enough so you were standing in your own and other peoples dirt. Room was nice, had everything you need (towels, hairdryer and air conditioning) and we had good couple of nights sleep. Breakfast was only tea, coffee, biscuits and crackers and some cereals. Second morning jam and chocolate croissants appeared which was nice but if you don’t like sweet stuff you need to bring something with you. Good value for money but bathroom let it down. Only gave 3 stars for staff because we hardly saw anyone

Communication with the host can be difficult when we arrived. It appears that the number in AGODA website was not in use and we were at loss to how to contact the person. Finally a man arrived and helped us to get into the accommodation. Room was neat. Shared bathroom. Was able to keep our luggage after check out. Once we got the current number, communication was fine. Breakfast- I would not rate as good. Very minimal. Not even milk. So be prepared. I can only rate 3 stars
