great location in central Saigon”
Very convenient location for getting out and walking District 1 in Saigon. The hotel is down a small local market street so lots of "local color" and street food even though you are in the heart of the tourist area in District 1. Some fabulous restaurants on the street including Annam (modern Vietnamese) and a Greek Restaurant and Dutch bar next door. The Saigon Center mall is a 5 min walk. The rooftop pool area and panoramic views of the city give the hotel more of a 5 star amenities vibe. I would say great value for money and the staff are great as well. Great coffee at the hotel bar in the lobby!

Comfortable bed and great location”
Very trendy and new hotel with a super comfortable bed. I would not recommend going for the standard room (no windows) as its a little small. The next room up would do nicely. To note that the some rooms have a frosted shower area so unless you're a couple, best to check that detail with the hotel. Otherwise, location was great. Just 5mins walk from Saigon Centre and there's loads to eat and drink near the hotel.

The manager offered me free upgrade and free charged when I checked out late at 2:30pm. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable.

Great location with market right outside your footstep.”
The hotel is very new and clean and is located right in the middle of everything, you can walk to most places, there is also a market right outside your footstep. Everything in the mini bar was free, it was unheard of! Rooftop pool is alittle bit small but also nice and cosy, we had the pool to ourselves most days. Would stay here again.

Superb location in an old market only 5 mins walk from Takashimaya department store. Room is modern, nice and clean. The rooftop has very good night view of the surrounding areas of District 1. Only downside is not much facilities in operation due to Covid-19 I assume.

Was given a corner unit that had zero natural light except a sliver of a window next to the bathroom mirror. For such a beautiful facade, it was pretty misleading to have no natural light in the unit. furthermore someone kept smoking on my floor so it always smelt like smoke outside my unit. And the fire alarm kept going off really early in the morning. Overall, it was a roof over my head but some things about the hotel were off putting.

Overall average hotel down a side street. We upgraded to a better room but even that was average & badly laid out. There’s a green light on the air conditioning control boxes situated on a wall near to the bed that can be distracting if trying to sleep & likewise a smoke alarm above the bed with a small bright flashing red light that can keep you awake if a light sleeper. On a positive note the reception staff were very courteous & helpful. There are other better hotels nearby. The Rex for example & others. You may pay a bit more but would probably have a far more comfortable & enjoyable stay.

this location’s good, middle of everything however it’s at a local market, taxi cant go directly outside hotel because of crowd of people. moreover, the breakfast is so terrible, no hot meal, no staff. i can understand covid 19 was made hotel down cost, but with the price hotel still charge customer, i dont think i need to go outside for breakfast because nothing can eat.

Khách sạn vị trí tốt, gần trung tâm, nhân viên cũng rất nice. Chỉ có điểm trừ 1 chút về việc sử dụng dịch vụ giặt ủi. Do chưa check kỹ dịch vụ giặt ủi của ks nên thấy chi phí hơi cao, không biết khách sạn có dịch vụ giặt ủi theo kg không hay tính chỉ tính theo số lượng. Nên tư vấn và hỏi rõ khách kỹ hơn về dịch vụ giặt ủi.

Tôi và vợ du lịch trong mùa dịch nên giá khá rẻ so với khu vực và tiện nghi. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, bể bơi nhỏ nhưng sạch đẹp. Điểm trừ cũng là điểm cộng là nằm sát chợ cóc nên hơi bất tiện về giao thông nhưng lại khá tiện. Phòng điều hòa kêu hơi to còn lại mọi thứ tuyệt vời. Nhất định tôi sẽ quay lại nhiều lần sau.

我住2樓，窗戶鎖死有點令人擔心，淋浴的水一直會溢出到外面 而且淋浴間沒人和置物的架子 洗髮精、沐浴乳根不知道要放哪.... I don't know why the window is locked(I lived at 2F). The water always overflows outside and there are no rack in the shower room. I don’t know where can I put the shampoo or body gel.......
