Hotel 4 stelle posizionato in ottima posizione nel cuore di Amsterdam; a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Dam. Stanze silenziose, comode e pulite; letto molto grande e comodo. Buona colazione, forse un po’ cara.

Una cattiva energia, camera al piano terra scura e con solo una piccola finestra che dava ad un patio interno. Jacuzzi e piccola sauna in camera, ma lontano dagli hotel di lusso.

Non sono stata in hotel perché c'è stato un errore di prenotazione a causa del sistema Agoda che è saltata la pagina caricando un'altra con data diversa. Ho chiesto immediato rimborso o buono ma, pur avendo fatto successiva corretta prenotazione, hanno trattenuto i soldi senza neanche rispondere

Situato in una zona centrale, in una via molto frequentata da persone per accedere ai vari pub /ristoranti ecc... Non adatto per riposare, troppi schiamazzi durante il WE.

Best for this price range”
It was the cheapest 4* option in this area and it is totally worth it. Room was clean, kettle and coffee & tea in the room, was quiet but still in the top location. Many food options around. Only things to improve is maybe the towels could be thicker and better quality and also the bathroom lights are sensitive to motion but they go off when you’re taking shower, they don’t detect your movements in the shower, which is annoying.... Another downside is if you take Uber you will have to walk a bit to the pick up location. This is not hotel’s fault, it is the city regulation that assign specific spot around Amsterdam that you can be picked up. Walking max 2-3 min to that spot so no big deal.

The receptionist personnel all that I came into contact with on my visit may 6,2019 through May 8,2019 excellent even to the gentleman who helped me take my luggage to the tram because I was too close to Amsterdam central. I was unable to use the wellness center 😥😂 But next time. I have already recommended your hotel and Amsterdam to friends. To be honest I was in Paris prior to my arrival if had known, I would have spent more time at your hotel and Amsterdam. I felt comfortable and safe. As solo traveler.Thank you lorna gunness

Fantastic location ”
What an amazing hotel in the centre of Amsterdam with a tram stop within a few metres too. We upgraded to the wellness room which was totally brilliant. Being able to have a jacuzzi bath after a long day of walking re-set the batteries for our evenings out. Local facilities in the area also, pubs, restaurants, shops all within in a few yards. Could be more perfect. The bed was dreamy and we had great nights sleep. Sadly our last morning we were disturbed by construction work taking place next door which we weren't notified about. This left us with not a lot of sleep as we loved going to nightclubs and had to survive a full day plus travelling home on 3 hours sleep. This aside I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

It was my wife’s 40th and I wanted to surprise her . The hotel arranged a magnificent flower arrangement , decorations and a cake .. it was a big surprise to my wife. All was arranged via email and I was impressed The room was big and the jacuzzi was amazing Location was central and near train station .. lots of food places downstairs Would definitely stay at the hotel on my next visit

We spent three days in Amsterdam in the hotels Wellness Room. The room was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed at! Very clean, staff were amazing and the location is fantastic! Highly recommend.

Great stay ”
The hotels location is amazing, right in the heart of Amsterdam centre, it’s only a 5 minute walk from central station. You have plenty of great food choices on the doorstep and places for drinks. The staff were lovely and welcoming and we upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi which was lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when returning to Amsterdam 🙂

Excellent all round. Room spacious enough and the bathroom was user friendly. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Love the café just to the left as you exit the hotel.

This hotel is fab but in the middle of everything , Hotel staff can’t do enough for you , room cleaned everyday , asked for late check out as flight was later in the night not a problem paid a little more to keep the room for the day, will definitely use this hotel again

Possibility to allow extended check out time would be a great addition. Checked out 1200hrs while my flight was 2040hrs would have been happier checking out 1500hrs.

Inntel: recommended stay ”
The staff were attentive during check in, room was clean and neat, with brilliant facilities. Location was very centralized, about 8 to 10 mins walk from Amsterdam centraal. Price wise was on the higher end but for a central location with good facilities, couldn't really ask for more

Awesome location, cleanliness etc. only issue was that there was construction going on in the hotel, and every morning starting at 7am you’d have the sound of a jackhammer going off sometimes very loudly in your room.
