Clean and New Hotel”
A very clean and new hotel at the moment. They only operated for about 1 year. Therefore everything are new, fresh and clean. We stayed in a 2 room suite which accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids. It's super spacious rooms and a living hall and a dining hall. My 3 kids had great fun in the room and also enjoying the facilities very much. The hotel offers free kayaking at their beach too. We had private stretching session with lots of fun and laughter. Will highly recommend family gathering with kids

Exceptional Service and Beautiful ”
We were on our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. We both felt like we were in paradise. The pictures I took and posted were mistaken for Bora Bora. Breakfast is a little steeper than other hotels, but the spread was on point. The infinity pool in the middle of the resort will take your breath away; try to get one that sits on the water. The staff were very kind and accommodating, especially Maria and Diamond. They made sure our stay were perfect. Complimentary champagne and cake made its way in our room each night. We couldn’t be any happier. Again, thank you

The staffs here are amazing. Very well trained and professional all-around. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. We tried all of their dining options (rooftop HH, Sat Seafood BBQ, and poolside dining) and all are great. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Room was spotless, sea view room was just as pictured! Access to beach and pool was also easy... let’s just say- EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL! Great vacation experience.

This resort is very nice, and not too far from the airport and main city in Phu Quoc. The staff is generally very good, but on the weekend a large group came and they took over the place, so we felt not comfortable since before that things were pretty quiet, but this wasn't the hotel's fault.

Breathtaking Views ”
The intercon was an excellent choice and i so wish i had stayed longer! the breakfast was fantastic , rooms excellent , gym the best i’ve ever seen in a hotel and the breathtaking views from the pool of the sunset just magical! i will surely be back!

Gorgeous Resort”
After traveling mainland Vietnam for over a week we finished off the last of our trip at the Intercontinental Phu Quoc and it was relaxing and just gorgeous. The food pricing was hard to justify after being on the mainland for so long but beside that, I would definitely come back to this resort or other Intercontinental properties.

Impeccable Services ”
The staffs are so helpful. You can tell their training is quite successful from the way everyone works there. It seems like they know what the customers wants before customers even realize it. I tried the Italian restaurant near the pool and the Sea Shack Restaurant. They're both great! The drink they design are absolutely unique and tasty. We didn't really expect the food in this type of resorts can be so good. But we are surely surprised in the most pleasant way.

It’s alright”
To be fair we came from Premier Village Phu Quoc two nights before so direct comparison was inevitable. Intercontinental was alright, not the best of design/hotel - seem a little dormitory like but the room was good, spacious. Beach was not as clean as Premier V - perhaps long beach has many boats etc. So, didn’t think much of the beach and overall experience. But saved by the superb staff, every person from the moment we are greeted at the entrance to check in to casual conversations to those at reception, breakfast hall and those who waited at our table at Sora Umi, Mercado - proficient in English- to check out and bidding farewell. All of them are such a gem. Quality of food - good. Variety and quality. Unfortunately nothing much around the hotel - development in progress.
