One of the best room with exceptional 360 view of the river, sunset, park, lights at night. It is at a great location, close to the night market, port to go on boats to the floating market.

It is good hotel really. Big room with good facilities, buffet breakfast has not much dishes but food is good and over 3* hotel. One problem that this time is high level of river, so my car got water blood in the morning time. Hotel shall consider about the parking place to prevent this problem.

A cozy and comfy hotel with a delicious buffet breakfast. However, the restaurant is quite small compared to the hotel size and maybe a bit hot when it is crowded with guests. Good location with nearby cafes, bars, convenience stores and tourists.

International hotel with limited English speaking staff”
Booked floating market tour through reception only to find out I was massively ripped off. Staff could barely speak English particularly at night. Breakfast was very average and not like views in pics. Room was ok but river view made it significantly better. Bed was fantastic however only 1 pillow each is a bit stingy.

Rising damp problem”
Do not stay here if you have a sinus or asthma problem as the hotel has a major rising damp problem. With mould on the walls, and dampness in the air.

Really dirty blind in the bathroom was impossible to get past. Though the rest of the room was clean enough, it was really off putting. Comfy beds. Poor breakfast.

Requested a high floor and quiet room 2.5 months before arrival. Received an email same day saying my request was received and approved. So I was thinking everything was okay. When I got to the hotel and checked in right at 2pm. I was given a room on the first floor right below the street. I called front desk and said I was approved for a high floor and quiet. I was advised that the hotel was fully booked and that room was all that was left. This room was very noisy from the cars and people down below on the street. Not to mention you could also here the people talking in the lobby all night. Couldn't go to sleep until well past 11pm because of all the noise. I wouldnt recommend not staying on the first floor at all cost. Not worth it at all. The location of the hotel is ideal for walking and sightseeing.

Excellent location but it stops there. Very expensive for the horrible services (maids left no soap or shampoo and did a poor job of cleaning) WiFi is basically non existent and worst breakfast I’ve ever had for a hotel in this price range). I’d never stay here again given the many choices in this location.

Staff didn’t speak or understand English, room was basic and very tired. Beds relatively comfortable, but had small ants in the sheets, had to spray with bushmans. Room and air conditioning was very musty and smelly. No view - windows were at forehead height for my 6ft tall husband. Very glad we only stayed one night - expensive for what you get.

Big Disappoint”
door lock damaged, cannot lock from inside room. have cleaner but everything is too old, many mold on ceiling, bath tub, windows .. only 8 table for breakfast, very slow clean table due to only 2 staffs, not even have chance to grab any breakfast due to long Q and very slow cook, limited food finish in 10 min due to holidays time many guest stay.

I would never stay here again. The room had a musty smell to as did the foyer to the hotel. The bed sheets and towels had stains on them. The bathroom was dirty and had a blind that looked like it was 100 years old. It was covered in dirty marks and was broken. We were glad to check out!
