Very good location, just 2 minutes walk to Seoul station Exit 15, very nice service, officer reply promptly and patiently even at mid-night, can help guest to order chicken and direct delivery to our room, offer us late check -out for our late flight, very nice. Room is clean and tidy and are well equipped.

The location of the unit is excellent. You can just go down and walk around withing a 1 mile radius you can already see a lot of nice/memorable place. There were nearby place to eat and shop. Th e unit itself if outstanding. Everything that you need is available within the unit itself

Awesome location and host! Feel like a home. Won't hesitate to recommend to my friends. The best part is about the hotel is Seoul Station that is just opposite. Not forgetting about Lotte Mart as well.

Great Stay & Service”
Location was great, a street away from Seoul station, Lotte Mall and local eatries, convenient shops around. Clean and nice apartment for group of 6 (mix adults with preteens), just a little out of space for 6 luggages. Stairs bulid in with wardrobes, picture sure accurate except in picture place looks larger. Downside there was just 1 toilet shared and only window had no view at all. Check in and out was easy, water heater, aircon control are all in korean but guide was given. They even provide service to order korean fried chicken for you, didnt get to try so not sure if its nice. Thanks for the great stay Mr Kang!

Great location and quick responsive staffs ”
Location is great, working distance to Seoul downtown attractions, closed to Lotte market, outlet, close to Seoul station where connect to anywhere in South Korea. Quick responsive, nice and helpful staffs. Facilities are sufficient for family with kitchenette, laundry and microwave. Only inconvenience for big group as there is only one toilet. And no daily cleaning so if you stay for a long period, this should be consideration.

Mr. Kang is really kind. Apartement is good, with really nice view. Enough for 5 people to open our big luggage and space for praying. A lot of equipment like hanger, refrigerator, umbrella, iron, washing machine, microwave, stove, toaster, cutlery, soap, shampo, towels, etc. You can also put your luggage at their office before check-in time. Check-in really simple, just message him. Room is warm in winter. Too bad, it's quite hard for tropical people like me to control room and water heater. But after several days of stay, I used to it. Tap water is not that clean and taste yuck. You should buy your drink water in convenience store (at that time, se7el has promo 6 big bottles for 3300 won) You need to walk around 100m - 300m to reach bus stop and metro station. (but it's no problem for me) I wish Mr. Kang can also add rice cooker in kitchen, please.

Good for more than 2 people”
If you are travelling with families, this is the most value place to stay. 2 queen beds with a kitchen. Got 2 convenience store downstairs. And Seoul station bedside. But if you are a travelling couple and not really on a budget, I suggest get a hotel in some bustling shopping area.

Near to Seoul Station - Line 1 and Line 4. From Incheon Airport using AREX express train to Seoul Station. Just 5mins walking from the Airport Railroad exit. We arrived early and lucky enough Kangs lets us into the apartment instead just to drop our bag initially. If you do not want to walk to Line1/ Line4 subway, taxi is very convenient here.

Convenient location with big supermarket.”
Great location for 3 nights stay ( no steps to worry about for heavy luggage) and had mall with big Lotte supermarket across the road, inc small Korean food court (last orders 8:30). Found other metros were quite long without escalators. This is a cosy flat with a double bed downstairs with 2 mattresses upstairs. Space is ok for 3 persons but would be cramp if more people. The USB port in room wasn't working but Mr Kang kindly lent us a 3 pin extension lead. Would stay again.

The apartment is conveniently located opposite to the Lotte Mart Seoul Station and the Station itself. Great cafe and 2 convenient mini marts just below. The only issues we had was the room was not as big as we thought it would be and the ceiling of the upper "level" was abit low.

Cosy place at a good location”
The place is cosy with a kitchenette which is good as we brought a young kid. It is just opposite to the Lotte mart seoul station and to the train station

Worth the price and good location”
The room is big and have everything you need, REF A/C W/M and dryer! Have cooking and dining area. we have to clean room and dispose the bin by ourselves. The owner let us go to his office and change the towel if we needed. I stayed for 5 nights, and last years for 4 night. I will come back again ^^
